開公司貨車直行右後方機車撞我貨車右邊肚子左右撞上

您好:近期開公司貨車(公司有保險)送完貨時,回公司約300公尺時我為直行車右後方機車突然要右轉他從我右後方(貨車右邊肚子左右撞上,對方擦傷機車刮傷龍頭變形
此路段無機車線雙向道他說我忽左忽右我說他未保持行車距離請問誰的錯我後續要如何解決請道路交通達人解答謝謝
