高三開始持續慢跑鍛鍊身體

買了Nike Free Run 5.0

當時當然不知道新手最好買5.0以上的支撐力比較好

但是5.0真的很舒服就敗了哈哈

後來就習慣腳掌貼地跑的真實感

但是穿了一年的小紅被我穿爛了

只好物色新跑鞋到NIKE專賣店看很久，但都沒喜歡的

轉向Adidas專區看看

看到了這顯眼的傢伙QUICK M(還有亮黃版 但是怕髒就沒下手

雖然試穿沒比5.0有貼地感

但是材質很有彈性也很透氣

就敗了下去，雖然有點貴(在下學生是也)

雖然沒特意查過這雙的定向什麼的

板上高手太多，看到都馬拉松級，肯定不會買這種平價跑鞋八

也沒看到有大大開箱只好自己來開開給這位參考依下咯
