htc new one manager

new one 好像無法像以往直接連接電腦就有檔案夾出現
即使安裝了manager還是無法使用也無法同步
重新開機或者重新安裝都還是一樣
想請問是哪裡出了問題?
電腦的版本難道也會受影響嗎?

無奈我有朋友居然可以直接出現資料夾
這是怎麼一回事?
