蘇力颱風蘇花解除封路管制

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】昨天因蘇力颱風而預警性封路的台9省道蘇花公路，因颱風逐漸遠離，今天下午2時起解除封路管制。等待通行的車龍長達5百多公尺，排第1的李姓貨車司機說：「等了12小時，很不方便，沒辦法到花蓮載西瓜，損失很多」。等了1小時多的吳先生說：「每次遇颱風都這樣，很無奈」。
