狂風暴雨肆虐北台灣，中颱蘇力的路徑就跟伸卡球一樣，往南方下探，目前中心已經在上午8時出海，位置在新竹西南西方約10公里海面上，7級風7級風暴風半徑 280 公里，10級風暴風半徑 50 公里，以每小時25公里向西北轉北北西前進。

氣象局預報中心簡任技正伍婉華表示，今年第7號颱風中心已在13日凌晨3時在新北市三貂角登陸，上午8時從新竹出海，目前中心強度有減弱趨勢，但暴風圈仍然籠罩全台灣，除花蓮和台東雨勢較少外，全台各地皆出現豪大雨的情形，新竹時雨量也破百毫米。

氣象局表示，13日凌晨中心登陸時，彭佳嶼出現17級強陣風，基隆有15級強陣風，台北地區也有12級的強陣風，甚至中心出海後成功仍有12級強陣風出現的情形。

蘇力颱風預估晚間中心點會登陸大陸，宜蘭、台北及花東地區目前降雨趨緩，但氣象局預估接下來台中、新竹、苗栗及南投山區會有超大豪雨情形發生，環流也會影響中南部，請民眾還是別掉以輕心。

海上、陸上颱風警報皆尚未解除，台灣本島預計到晚間才會完全脫離蘇力颱風威脅。
