關於私服法律問題(贈20點)急

請問一下 有位客戶 要你幫她修改 天堂私服 但是已經幫他修改好了

並且它陸陸續續匯款了12萬給給你 但是檔案也給他了~並且對方又要告對方 詐欺罪

說妳騙她 12萬 請問警察會處理這種案件嗎?

PO：在私服內,如果買賣交易(但物品已經給對方) 並且對方錢 也會到您的戶頭

然後對方拿到寶物後,就告您 騙她寶物, 請問 警察會處理這種案件嗎?

遇到這種問題 該如何處理?!
