清創變截趾　判醫師賠30萬

【王吟芳／高雄報導】林姓婦人因右腳第4 腳趾發炎感染到高雄建佑醫院就診，由藍姓醫師動手術清除腳趾壞死皮肉，不料術後林婦卻發現醫師未經她同意，擅將最前端1節趾骨截除，提告求償100萬元，高雄地院調查後認為藍姓醫師未徵得病患同意擅予截趾，確有過失，應賠償林婦慰撫金30萬元。仍可上訴。
 
林婦主張，她去年3月間住院接受腳趾壞死皮肉除去手術，藍姓醫師事前並未向她說明手術內容或徵求她的意願，竟於手術中擅自以她趾骨已經發黑為由，將最前端約1.5公分的趾骨截除，手術後又藉口傷口須包紮阻止她打開來看，等到4月出院才發現腳趾肌肉已因缺乏趾骨支撐而萎縮。
