背錯165專線地址 詐騙集團被揭穿

只要留心多掌握一點訊息，就能揭穿騙局。新竹一名賴姓男子因為在網路購物，接獲詐騙電話，被騙了近五十萬元，因為發現戶頭快沒錢才察覺有異，結果歹徒再度來電，假冒是一六五專線人員，在被害人反問之下，措手不及背錯了165專線的地址，終於遭被害人識破詭計。

新竹這名賴先生是在網路購物之後，接到歹徒假冒賣家來電，謊稱購物時設定錯誤，造成銀行帳戶被設定為自動扣款，歹徒再假冒銀行人員，說明複雜的術語，讓被害人緊張又恐慌，聽從指示買了二十萬元的遊戲點數，並匯了三十萬元，等戶頭剩八萬元時，才驚覺有異，向165查證，並在歹徒再度來電時，反問對方165的地址在哪裡，才揭穿騙局。

刑事局預防科警官張瑋倫說明案情。「歹徒面對突如其來的考詢一時措手不及，回答是臺北市中山區忠孝西路259號，立即遭被害人識破，悻悻然掛斷電話放棄行騙。」

警方指出，詐騙集團都是靠著教戰守則的制式題目打電話向民眾詐騙，完全沒有應變能力，因此，民眾有疑問應該撥打165專線查證，或者可以反問考考對方，很容易就會發現破綻，證明一切是詐騙電話。
