【楊忠翰／台北報導】白米炸彈客、也是248農學市集發起人楊儒門（35歲），因反對政府強拆苗栗大埔民宅，昨晚六時許與同事李建誠（30歲），1人各拎著一桶深橘色油漆，前往總統府前潑漆抗議，兩人將手中未開封油漆桶，奮力往總統府正門口丟擲，遠拋15公尺後油漆在總統府正門口前濺開，兩人立即遭現場憲兵及警員逮捕。

面對警方詢問動機，楊儒門表示：「我跟同事看到新聞轉播畫面（指大埔府前抗議）替他們抱不平，才想到現場來抗議。」警又追問：「你不是官司才結束，怎麼又淌渾水？」楊未多做說明，只強調「今天拆大埔、明天拆政府」，警訊後依侮辱公署及毀損罪嫌送辦。
