台中市市政會議今天對狂犬病防疫情形進行檢討，農業局長蔡精強指出，新社區新增1例陽性鼬獾案例，累積至今台中市已有14例，包括新社5例、霧峰3例、大里1例、太平3例、東勢2例。

由於南投區山區緊臨台中市，為了加強山區的防疫工作，市府對山城各區加強犬貓狂犬病疫苗注射，共注射1萬4972劑，而全市犬貓注射，則已注射6萬2293劑、達50%。

擔心山區疫情會藉由野生動物的移動而帶進市區，農業局將石岡、潭子、北屯等區做為台中狂犬病防線，並將已出現5例鼬獾狂犬病例的新社區，做為中市狂犬病作戰最重要的防疫區。

農業局動物保護防疫處長余建中指出，在山區集中施打狂犬病疫苗告一段落後，將派員騎機車到新社山區逐戶為還沒打疫苗的家犬及家貓打疫苗，讓防疫沒有漏洞。

  HTC與小勞勃．道尼的合作，只是「Change」品牌平台的開端

HTC宏達電12日正式宣布與小勞勃．道尼攜手合作，這位全球知名的好萊塢明星將在接下來兩年成為HTC代言人。第一波廣告影片在15日展開全球首播，消費者可從HTC網站、多元社群媒體、電視、平面、戶外與銷售通路觀賞，雙方合作形式不僅止於主演廣告，也可能包括實際和消費者接觸的活動。

HTC與小勞勃．道尼的合作，只是背後一個長期品牌行銷計畫的開始，目標在傳達HTC「改變」的品牌精神，未來將有一連串活動以「Here's To Change」口號貫穿，而這整個全球品牌行銷計畫就稱之為－「Change」品牌平台（Change Platform）。

HTC行銷長何永生表示，據調查HTC目前是零售店最受歡迎手機品牌排行第二名，然而歐美市場消費者對HTC的品牌認知度卻未達此水準，顯示在品牌經營上仍有相當努力的空間。而自他今年1月正式就任HTC行銷長開始，便著手進行品牌行銷計畫，一直到年中左右，「改變」這個概念才漸漸明朗。

在歐美市場，相較於蘋果與三星，蘋果的形象是「創新」，而三星比HTC早了很多年開始經營品牌，「大」是目前三星給予消費者的品牌形象，相較之下HTC個性就沒有那麼鮮明。

不過HTC自1998年發表全球第一款觸控無線手機以來，17年不斷追求改變，如目前新HTC One的HTC BlinkFeed首頁改變了消費者閱讀資訊的方式，HTC ZOE改變了消費者捕捉精彩時刻的方式，HTC Boomsound改變了消費者在手機上聽音樂的方式。

而今年HTC也改變了以往機海戰術的行銷方式，大部分資源將投入旗艦One系列家族；在行銷預算的安排上，也會和去年有所不同，今年Q3和小勞勃．道尼的合作就是個例子。

當幾個月前我剛離開上一份工作搬回台北時，我花了幾週的時間和不同的投資者聊天。潛在投資者背景可能非常不同，從台灣的有錢人、新加坡的天使投資人、低調的亞洲大企業投資部門，到矽谷的創投公司。

在我第三場投資人的會議上，我遇到了一個讓我印象非常深刻的人。

那是在一個咖啡館，對方是一個台裔美國人，年約30歲，現在代表一家位在矽谷的創投基金。他看起來很年輕、穿著非常輕鬆，他說他在大學畢業後就創了家自己的公司，四年內把它賣給一家大的IT公司，之後他立刻被現在的創投公司招募過去。他特別專注在看大中華市場，花一半的時間看台灣、韓國和中國的新案子、新團隊或是新點子，評估這些團隊或事業是否有往國際擴張的可能性。他解釋說，理想的商業模式是在台灣能夠運作，在低風險情況下培育半年，一但成熟並獲得市場證明後，立刻投入更大量的資本讓它能夠盡快擴張到整個亞洲。

在他聽完我們解釋我們的想法和商業計畫之後，讓我訝異的是，他問的第一個問題是：

「你幾歲？」

我今年剛滿30歲。

「你結婚或者有小孩了嗎？」

我是一個機車半學徒 (做了5個月)

目前程度到可做到:
外殼/車台/傳動/齒輪箱/引擎 (目前幾乎都已經可以自己來,但改裝/修改有時需討論)

但是一直有個部分很讓我很困擾...

那就是電系改裝維修.... 真的說實話,電系根本比引擎難.......

我看到每台車那些花花綠綠的電線,看到臉都綠了還是不知道怎麼個流向

請老闆跟技師來看,他們倆爭來爭去該怎接 (根本不知誰對....)

結果還是一條一條試來試去然後三個小時過去了才搞好

(意思是在這裡慢慢學,電系應該永遠學不會才會想從別的地方下手)

請問有過來人可給個這方面該往哪開始的建議嗎?
