相信不少人全都認識！這些全球知名企業有個共同的品牌經營幕後推手：Frog 設計創新公司。這場演講中，行銷顧問 Tim Leberecht 要與大家分享「掌控權」在企業、員工、和顧客間的收放藝術、以及如何讓一個團隊與工作環境更富有創意與人性！

歸納 Tim Leberecht 的觀點，我們為各位統整出三種方式：

方法一：釋出掌控權給員工及顧客
研究顯示，讓顧客和員工擁有更多控制權、並深度的參與創意或設計的發想過程，能使顧客和員工心情更好、更有生產力！舉例來說，樂團 Radiohead 讓歌迷自行決定售價、巧克力公司 Anthon Berg 讓顧客以「做一件好事」購買巧克力等等；而給予員工最終極的掌控權就是讓員工自定薪水和選擇上司！

方法二：收回掌控權、創造有意義的互動
然而許多時候，制度化和過多的選項反而使人們選擇保守或孤立。這時，若公司能適度的收回掌控權，例如規定員工參與公司活動、或進行利他的行為，能讓公司整體生產力更高！更少的選擇也許能帶來更豐富的人際互動！

方法三：超越掌控的思維
如同作家 Jennifer Egan 說：「微笑是一扇半開半闔的門（A smile is a door that is half open and half closed）」，掌控權的收放拿捏也許不是那麼的絕對，而是彈性且開放的。每家公司視局勢和情境來決定給員工和客戶多少控制權，或是微微一笑、保持開放、接受各種可能性！

Tim Leberecht 更在演講中介紹了十個極具創意、突破常規的品牌經營實例：

戶外服飾品牌 Patagonia 在紐約時報刊登這樣的全頁廣告「別買這件外套！」，並透過 email 為這個廣告註解到：「Patagonia 志在長久營運並留給子孫一個永續的環境，因此，我們今天要做一件完全背離商業常理的事：我們希望你少買些，並在你花每一分錢購買這件外套及其他任何東西前能多想想！」Patagonia 同時也鼓勵客戶修復他們已擁有衣物、轉讓舊物等等。這種共享價值觀的做法也許有損短期銷售量，但卻能建立品牌的長期忠誠度！（資料來源：The Cleanest Line）

美國債務上限協商朝正向發展，美股近1周表現持穩向上，復華美國新星基金經理人呂丹嵐認為，美股短期仍受消息面干擾，但預期美國政府部門停擺及美國舉債上限爭議最終都將獲得解決，加上美股具有報酬/風險比佳、多頭平均走勢長達7.5年，高居主要市場之冠的優勢，仍將是未來引領全球經濟復甦，作為全球股票投資的核心配置首選。

美國16.7兆美元舉債上限期限將近，但投資市場認為，兩黨正努力達成協議、上調美國舉債上限避免債務違約，使S&P 500指數近1周仍上漲2.57%，其中，上周四仍大漲2.2%，創今年初以來最高漲幅。

就基本面分析，呂丹嵐表示，美國S&P 500指數今年來持續走多，主要原因在於經濟明顯好轉、企業每股獲利（EPS）同步上升，因此，即使指數來到歷史高檔，目前本益比仍在歷史平均14~15倍的合理水平。

另外，觀察美股長期表現，根據彭博資訊統計，S&P 500指數自2009年以來的報酬/風險比達0.71，明顯優於歐洲的0.45及日本的0.39。

呂丹嵐認為，目前美國處於經濟擴張初期，股市邁向多頭循環且評價仍屬合理，加上美國股市平均多頭期間長達7.5年，領先歐洲、日本及兩岸股市等主要市場，若債務問題解決，美股仍具投資吸引力，將是布局此波全球經濟復甦，不可或缺的風險性資產配置標的。 (接下一頁)

洗噴油嘴週期

小弟家裡的車為2010年2月的ALTIS，目前里程數56000左右。上次回廠保養時，原廠有建議做清洗噴油嘴的動作，不過因為目前開起來並沒有油門遲鈍等問題，所以就說不用。
現在，想請問各位的愛車都是多久做一次噴油嘴清洗呢? 另外，因為明年2月份就要過保了，不知道過保前要交代原廠特別檢查哪些項目呢?(上次有交代特別檢查避震器，無漏油。)

http://ppt.cc/9Q2W 做多領少！台全年工時　全球第3高 台灣勞工真的是「窮忙族」，根據統計資料顯示，台灣去年平均每位勞工全年工時2140.8 小時，全球排名第3高，僅次於新加坡和香港，但辛苦工作卻得不到同等回報，因為時薪 換算約新台幣255元，遠不及新加坡的一半，在亞洲4小龍裡吊車尾，做得多卻領得少，而 這樣的工時數字還不見得是真實反映，上班責任制，沒做完不敢下班，實際上的工時恐怕 比調查數字還要高。 上班族張小姐：「都有找過呀，我們還有找過行銷推廣人員跟行政助理都有找。」 工作3年，張小姐從業務轉客服，工作內容得不斷打電話，早上9點到晚上7點，一天工時 10個小時，薪水3萬多元，對她來說已經算是相對穩定的工作。 張小姐：「(以前)曾經最晚過是早上8點半進公司，我晚上12點多才離開，回家就只能睡 覺呀，然後隔天早上8點半又要進公司。」 上班族心聲有苦說不出，根據2012年主計總處和勞委會統計顯示，去年台灣勞工工作 2140.8小時，工時排名全球第3高，僅次於新加坡和香港，但辛苦和薪水不成正比，換算 薪資，台灣勞工時薪約台幣255元，亞洲4小龍吊車尾。 人力銀行公關副理楊宗斌：「工時2140個小時，其實可能有失真的情況，因為調查主要是 詢問雇主的部分，雇主可能顧忌勞基法，2週不能超過84小時的情況下，可能不會報實際 的工時這麼多。」 房仲業者：「真正的一個坪數，可以使用的坪數大概10坪左右。」 房仲業者接Case，隨Call隨到，睡眠時間都不夠，全年工時2140.8小時還不見得真實反映 ，實際試算，扣除週休二日，一天其實不超過9小時，但以勞基法規定雙週工時不超過84 小時來算，檯面上的全年極限工時其實是2184小時，遠比調查來得高。 做得多、領得少，不少上班族兼差加薪，做網拍、當家教，增加工時換取薪資。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.118.92.174

《財報》美銀Q3獲利躍增7倍，惟營收不如預期

美銀今(16)日公布第三季財報，由於資產品質改善、營運成本降低，獲利較去年同期獲得大幅改善，不過在另一方面，受利率上漲影響，房貸業務則呈現衰退，導致當期營收表現不如分析師預期。

美銀7-9月營收年增5.4%至215.3億美元，低於路透社調查預估的220.3億美元；淨利由一年前的3.4億美元躍增逾7倍至25億美元，折算每股盈餘(EPS)為0.2美元，優於分析師預估的0.18美元。

美銀在金融海嘯一役受創甚重，華爾街日報報導指出，2008年併購次級房貸業者Countrywide Financial導至美銀損失近500億美元，即使時至今日，該公司房貸部門前季還呈現10億美元的虧損，高於去年同期的8.6億美元。

美銀第三季共裁員9,200人，員工總數降至24.79萬人。財務長Bruce Thompson在法說會上表示，房貸部門裁員的動作將會持續進行。彭博社引述知情人士消息指出，受利率上漲、房貸再融資需求下滑影響，美銀預估將關閉16個房貸據點並裁員2,100人。

截至台北時間16日11時18分，美銀股價於美股盤中上揚1.9%，暫報14.51美元。
