【大紀元11月6日報導】（中央社台北6日電）日本連鎖百貨公司高島屋5日發佈消息稱，旗下5家百貨店和1家購物中心的餐館和賣場發現食品標示與實際食材不符。連鎖飯店東急飯店也說，旗下飯店內餐廳和宴會場共發現103種菜單虛偽標示。

據共同社報導，高島屋目前發現存在此類情況的共有62種商品，其中包括標示為「日本對蝦」的商品實際使用的是「草蝦」，以及標示為「牛排」，卻使用「注牛脂加工肉」等情況。

發現商品虛假標示的有高島屋東京日本橋店、新橫濱店、岡山店、橫濱店、新宿店等5個店鋪，以及千葉縣的柏高島屋車站商城。據悉，百貨店內餐館採用出租經營和業務外包模式。

虛假標示的時間為2004年4月至2013年11月1日。高島屋常務董事增山裕在東京召開記者會稱，「並非故意為之，但反映了員工意識薄弱」，並道歉稱「給顧客添了很大的麻煩，衷心表示歉意。」高島屋將在向顧客瞭解使用情況的基礎上，實施退款等措施。

此外，「日本經濟新聞」報導，在全國各地經營45家飯店的東急飯店5日表示，旗下20家飯店出現產地標示錯誤或非手工製作食材卻標示為手工製作等情形。

報導說，東急飯店針對旗下飯店內110家餐廳和30個宴會場展開調查後，發現有22家餐廳和7個宴會場內總共有103種菜單的食品標示有誤。

標示不實情形包括標示為「牛排」，卻使用「注牛脂加工肉」，標示為「芝蝦」卻使用另一種蝦子，以及位於松江市的松江東急INN，自2007年4月起將氣泡酒「Sparking Win」標示為「香檳」等。

報導引述東急飯店表示，所提供的錯誤標示料理總數約47萬7000份。有關餐廳和宴會場今後營業問題，東急飯店指稱，於改正菜單標示後，大部分餐廳和宴會場將會繼續營業。

至於顧客方面，提交收據或信用卡消費存根者，將寄送價值2000日圓贈品卡至住家或上班地點。

日本放送協會（NHK）報導，在日本各地接連爆發食材標示不實問題時，包括小田急百貨店、京王百貨店和東武百貨店等全國17家百貨店販售的年節料理，也出現食材標示不實問題。

報導稱，發生問題的年節料理是高島屋旗下子公司批售給百貨公司的商品，目前已知共批售給17家百貨公司。

有關標示造假問題，先前阪急阪神酒店集團等在全國範圍內也發現了食材標示與產地和種類不符問題。

【林海全╱台中報導】台中明道中學綜合高中三年級學生陳敬翔、王嘉浚，參加德國紐倫堡國際發明展，以「濾音耳塞」榮獲金牌。該耳塞外型與一般耳機相似，最大的特色是「能明確選擇要濾除環境中哪些聲音」，搭配「喉震式麥克風」成為對講機功能。
 
王嘉浚表示，在吵雜環境中，人與人的交談，往往聽不到對方的聲音，耳機中的「喉震式麥克風」，能偵測人說話時聲帶振動，並轉換成電子信號，透過此原理，即使處在高度噪音中，只須輕聲交談，喉震式麥克風都能避免收到雜音，把說話的聲音，送到對方的耳塞。
 
陳敬翔說，在學校實習工廠聽課或聊天時，經常因吵雜的環境聲而聽不清楚，才研發「濾音耳塞」，配合喉震式麥克風。

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】福建福州市正在建設中的屏山地鐵站，短短50天挖出從西漢至清代的上千件文物，將揭開福州2千年文明史的神秘面紗，考古學家發現一塊完整的西漢「常樂萬歲」瓦當，俗稱「滴水檐」，屬皇室專用，顯示發掘地就是閩越王都城「冶城」的遺址。還有西漢古井、唐代瓦片、宋代觀音山、明代石板路等，都是千年古城的珍貴歷史文物。

不過當局卻下令考古挖掘必須在本月底前停止，福州市委宣傳部官員昨回應辯稱，地鐵建設關乎國計民生，與文物保護存在必然矛盾，當局已盡最大努力搶救保護冶城遺址，但不可能因此無限期等待。

福建博物院一名專家說，像屏山地鐵站這麼大的工地，正常情況下至少要四個月才能發掘完。此次發掘，原本可以較為全面地了解西漢時期福州城的諸多細節，但時間不允，目前100多名工人正在日夜趕工，盡力挖出更多文物，但事實上，一些已挖或未挖的遺址只能忍痛放棄。
