關說疑雲 柯建銘盼調5關鍵電話譯文

民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘今天出席立法院紀律委員會，針對是否涉及司法關說案進行說明。柯建銘提出近200頁書面資料，內含9月政爭大事紀、學者論述，以及這段期間他個人相關發言全文，希望留下國會紀錄、歷史見證。他提出一個結論、三大答辯、十大指控。

柯建銘表示， 9月6日特偵組新聞稿，提及6月21日他曾打電話給辯護律師蔡世祺，6月28日、6月29日立法院長王金平打了兩通電話給他。但他還打5通電話給律師，皆與本案有關。希望紀律委員會請律師以證人身分列席說明，要求特偵組提供全案譯文。

柯建銘表示，本案是非法監聽、自始無效，即便有效，監聽譯文不全，在法庭也無證據力。根據柯建銘提供他與律師蔡世祺的通聯紀錄，柯分別在6月17日、6月21日、7月8日、7月9日、7月12日、7月15日都曾打給蔡世祺，但特偵組只有揭露6月21日兩人監聽通聯紀錄及譯文。

柯建銘表示，王金平只是做表面人情，是政壇上的行為，互相交代了事。王金平最多也只能說到勿濫權追訴的問題。本案是他向王金平訴苦、控訴特偵組如何濫權起訴、以及他被政治追殺五年的心路歷程，是司法改革議題。

媽媽的舊手機HTC Explorer 這幾年看到人家都有大銀幕，自己的手機字很小 照相不清楚以至於文件也無法經過照相傳送 讓他用的很不開心 昨天陪他去中華看了版上大推的G2 說實在的真的不錯阿(自己都心動XDDD) 媽媽喜歡他銀幕夠大、機身夠小 照相成像也不錯 目前的通話費率為183+上網150=333 現在搭大省也是333而且購機10390 而現在空機16G為 13000 不過現在問題來了 媽媽是通話需求較高的人 而網路只需要出外臨時要用到個幾分鐘即可(例如LINE的收發) 在家有無線網路可連 另外還有一點重要的是""""""希望可以稱個2~3年"""""""""" 想請問大家應該要辦大省購機嗎 還是去幫他找空機就好 ˊ^ˋ????? 謝謝大家 因為金主是我，小妹還只是個哭哭菸酒生 感謝!!!! 紐約麥迪遜花園球館今天上演尼克vs.火箭，「林來瘋」重回紐約的好戲，兩隊這一戰證明，尼克防守很差，火箭防守也很爛，這兩支今年季前目標都設定是總冠軍的球隊，完全不具備總冠軍球隊基本「防守」要件。

尼克防線被火箭後衛哈登 (James Harden)單打獨鬥切得肢離破裂，第四節大失血是輸球主因。火箭也被尼克安東尼(Carmelo Anthony)、史密斯 (JR Smith)瘋狂雙人組砍得暈頭轉向。

火箭過去四場比賽，平均每場失分逾110分，今天對尼克也掉了106分，防守能力跌到聯盟倒數前三。今天火箭贏球很大一部分是因為球運更好，而不是靠防守，火箭比主場作戰的尼克多罰了17球。

火箭防守已經很差，沒想到尼克表現出來的防守強度更爛，沒有出色像樣的「防守」，火箭和尼克都還不具備成為競爭總冠軍球隊的條件。

尋求10年88億台幣的合約　坎農願長期抗戰

【王翊亘／綜合報導】今年自由球員最大咖的坎農(Robinson Cano)，尋求為期10年3億美元(約88億1820萬台幣)的超大合約，讓老東家洋基已經做好留不住人的準備，但除了洋基外，似乎還沒有球隊正式向坎農接觸，但他仍老神在在的表示，「已做好長期等待的準備。」
 
坎農周邊的人士說：「他已經準備好等待，如果必要的話，就算超過耶誕節來到1月也沒關係。」該人士甚至表示坎農曾對他說：「相信市場是對他有利的，所以等待也很正常。」
 
即便坎農對老東家洋基仍有情分，但他並不打算給洋基友情價。知情者透露，「坎農只想要錢，他想回洋基，但前提是洋基給他很多錢。」

坎農為了得到高價合約，不排除拖到隔年1月。　資料照

昨天開的時候就這樣了...
而且一直重複開
( 開機 - SAMSUNG -> SAMSUNG GALAXY mini2的字樣 -> 螢幕黑掉 -> 自動重開機
但是插上充電器 可以出現在充電的圖案
是因為昨天下雨的關係嗎?
因為我昨天有帶著手機跟朋友到外面錄音
手機受潮?
