【張勵德／台北報導】第15號颱風康芮下午生成後，朝台灣東部外海步步逼近。中央氣象局表示，若康芮移動速度及路徑不變的話，最快明天下半天到後天清晨將發布海上颱風警報，至於陸上警報時間則還要再觀察。

目前康芮颱風中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南方800公里海面上，以時速17轉13公里速度向北北西移動，朝台灣東部外海逼近。目前包括中央氣象局、日本氣象廳及美軍都預估，康芮颱風最可能從台灣東部外海掠過，但對台灣陸地影響則需視太平洋高壓而定，一旦高壓未來幾天略微增強，康芮颱風也可能直撲台灣陸地而來，氣象局正密切留意中。

【吳家翔／台北報導】監委調查指出，台中高等行政法院法官劉錫賢任職公職期間，擔任有限公司股東，且持股超過10%，長達20年之久，違反《公務員服務法》「持股不得超過10%」限制規定，監院今彈劾劉錫賢。

監委調查指出，全盈織造廠在1986年設立登記，劉錫賢就出資25萬元，占公司資本總額25%，另外，新盈織造廠在2010年成立，劉錫賢又出資50萬，持股同樣達25%，都超過持股10%限制。

劉錫賢並非首位因持股超過10%遭彈劾的法官，監院去年也曾彈劾新竹地方法院法官盧玉潤，盧因投資家族公司達資本總額42.5%，明顯違反《公務員服務法》「持股不得超過10%」規定，遭當時彈劾審查會以全票通過彈劾。

今天騎車約1小時多，後來騎到一半等紅燈(2分鐘左右)，
結果摩托車就慢慢熄火，引擎轉速越轉越慢，最後整個熄火，
後來又發動，然後摩托車自己又慢慢熄火(都還沒騎)，
不然就是：騎到一半又熄火。
最後就是一直熄火然後又發動，大約總計快15次以上。
(這樣是否會很傷引擎？)

後來終於找到廠牌車店，原本我以為是火星塞問題，
因為我騎2萬公里從未換過，
結果車店的人說是 "噴嘴要清理" ，要1~2個小時，快1000元，
最後就沒去修理，摩托車停15分鐘後再去發動騎，
結果騎了30分鐘都沒有在熄火了 ~~
所以是哪邊出問題，下次是否要維修？

對於摩托車幾乎不懂！請知道的告知，謝謝。
