【胡守得／台北報導】再生受刑人中心社長董念台，今天上午上身穿西裝、下身著短褲及拖鞋，到台北地檢署按鈴控告承審洪仲丘案的桃園地院3名法官涉嫌瀆職、圖利原告。
 
董念台說，「洪案發展至今，就像是原告指揮報案，被告沒有人權，全身穿著是諷立院修法，修法修半套，像仿色情業，洪案軍檢起訴不公，應將軍方起訴廢除，移由桃檢起訴，而不是直接交由桃院審理，審理洪案的桃院3名法官代表是中華民國法律，應公平審判，不該有壓力」。

印尼股市今年8月中以來呈現急跌走勢，近一周大跌近9%，一個月跌幅逾12%，且印尼盾近期再度貶值，創下近四年半來新低水位，目前印尼股市受到資金退場，且技術面所有短中長期均線都已跌破。

【李政遠／雲林報導】日前潭美颱風侵襲台灣，北港溪下游的雲林縣水林鄉，因溪水溢流，水林鄉成為水鄉澤國，淹沒360多頃的花生、蕃薯、玉米、西瓜等農作物，出現腐爛的情況；水林鄉長陳怡帆今上午帶了30多位農民，攜帶腐爛西瓜及標語前往雲林縣政府陳情，農民高喊整治大排，解決水患之苦。

鄉長陳怡帆表示，向縣府陳情鄉民迫切治水優先的需求，8年8百億預算，從2006年通過迄今，預算已告用罄，牛挑灣大排至今都還是以太空包當土堤，無法擋住宣洩的洪水，造成水林鄉年年淹水，農作物損害，要求縣府將水林鄉的農損，向中央提出專案補助，28日將帶領400位鄉親北上向監察院陳請，追究中央官員「怠忽職守」後，並轉向行政院抗議。

縣長蘇治芬接見鄉親時指出，22日萬興大排潰堤，看到排水溢堤淹水，立即打電話給行政院長辦公室，表示有緊急災情通報院長，迄今院長都沒回電話，28日將會與鄉親一起北上陳情抗議。

【大紀元2013年08月26日訊】（大紀元記者駱亞報導）近日薄熙來案的庭審中，因法國別墅被牽連的前大陸央視女主持姜豐昨天在微博上就此回應，自稱其守理、守法、聽從內心。此前有民眾從姜豐早期的微博中發現很多的信息，表明其早年就與薄家有來往，不過現在其微博已經刪去跟薄家相關的內容。

這些天薄熙來案的審理中，有關薄的受賄案調查，其中涉及到證人商人徐明，薄谷開來的證詞中稱自己越來越對海伍德、與德某某不相信了，所以將別墅的管理交給徐明的女朋友，因此該別墅的現在管家、央視前女主持姜豐再度成為外界輿論的焦點。

姜豐在新浪微博註冊名為「地主家的變天賬」，實名認證的杜比教育集團董事長、劍橋博士。8月25日下午1點多發了一條微博聲明稱：「在一個單身女人與一個單身男人的戀愛裡，二奶、小三、傍大款等當下常用詞語不適用。我不會因為財富而愛上一個人，也不會因為財富而拒絕一個人。我的生活自然、真實，未曾炫耀，未曾躲藏。我的言行發自內心，不挑戰誰，也不取悅誰。我守理、守法、聽從內心。人生都有旦夕禍福，我只主宰我能主宰的部份。」

她還回覆有網友指責她沒有離婚撒謊時說：「媒體上的信息不都是真的、對的，更不是全部。我相信WSJ、紐時、電訊報的記者都做了功課，但他們能接觸到的信息源是有限的。我沒有意願、也沒有義務回答記者的問題，或更正他們的報導。」

而早在二週前，英國《星期日電訊報》報導就稱，由持有英國籍的中國知名電視主持姜豐管理的一處位於法國戛納的海景豪宅可能成為即將開審薄熙來案的關鍵證據之一。報導還稱姜兩週前已回北京，未知是否為薄案開庭作證。

由此，姜豐被推上前台，成為國際輿論的焦點。有民眾從姜豐早期的微博中發現很多的信息，表明其早年就與薄家有來往，2003年還曾探望就讀英國貴族學校哈羅公學的薄瓜瓜。不過現在其微博已經刪去跟薄家相關的內容。

姜豐近年經營留學諮詢公司──杜比教育集團，掛靠徐明的實德集團。2011年5月份，姜豐接管了薄家的法國南部的別墅。而這處房子的管家還包括前任管家、2011年11月在重慶被謀殺的英國商人尼爾‧海伍德及德某某。
