圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/32230937 時間：2013/6 在先斗町走了一遭之後，想想還是走到另一條木屋町通找便宜一點的燒鳥吃 ，上次來京都也是如此作法。在木屋町通上晃了晃，看到了這家串燒與炸串 店貌似不錯，便進來吃個宵夜喝杯啤酒。 焼トリ 串カツ コイコイ位於きぬたビル大廈的一樓，一開始還以為きぬた ビル是店名，後來查了之後才知道只是大廈的名字。這家串燒與炸串的居酒 屋很可惜的沒有英文菜單，只有日文而已，雖然我大概能猜得出幾個燒鳥的 日文，但畢竟不是很清楚，所以直接用英文與店員點餐，好在店裡一位女生 會講一點英文，簡單的雞肉部位都可以溝通。 這家比較可惜的是沒有牛肉串燒，不過這幾天吃了不少牛肉，還是吃吃燒鳥 和豬肉吧，換個口味。 麒麟啤酒 未成年請勿飲酒 這算是第一次在日本喝啤酒，雖然我已經第三次來了，但還真的沒在日本喝 過酒。可是喝的也是台灣常見的麒麟，是頗為順口不苦，但也沒有顯著的特 色，搭配重口味的串燒來喝倒是不錯，至少解解鹹膩。 雞肉丸子、雞心 雞肉丸子與一般常見的長條棒狀丸子不同，而是一小圓餅狀，以醬燒的方式 處理，濃稠的醬汁自然是重鹹的口味，這是日本串燒常見的風味，台灣人吃 比較清淡，可能會覺得過鹹，所以點杯啤酒配串燒是最好的選擇。雞肉丸子 口感鬆軟，有點像麥克雞塊的味道，所以也較乾了點，較為普通，還是喜歡 吃加了軟骨的長條棒狀丸子，尤其是沾蛋黃吃，口感更棒。而雞心烤得火候 不錯，口感軟嫩沒有腥味，帶有彈性，與重口味的醬汁搭配正好。 五花肉串 五花肉串肥肉不太多，口感彈脆，油脂的亮剛剛好，吃來油香又不過於油膩 ，以鹽燒的方式處理，能吃得到豬肉本身的甜味。 雞腿肉串、雞頸肉串 左邊的是雞腿肉串，以醬燒方式炭烤，雞腿肉口感滑嫩，可惜是沒搭配蔥段 ，香氣略減，而且比起醬燒，我偏愛鹽燒。而右邊的雞頸肉串就是我喜愛的 鹽燒口味了，雞頸肉口感鮮嫩香甜，頗有彈性，只用鹽來提味，更顯得出雞 肉的多汁鮮甜。 手羽先串 雞翅是二節翅的部位，一般燒鳥的作法都是兩側與內側的皮肉剪開，以叉子 將二節翅撐開呈現三角或菱形狀來燒烤。這家店的處理手法是我初次所見， 以直刀從二節翅兩隻骨頭中間剪開，叉子串進較粗的那根骨頭。以鹽燒的方 式處理，不過鹽下了多了點，口味極重。雞皮部分烤得極為焦脆，彷彿油炸 過後般的口感，濃重的焦香氣，雞肉軟嫩，而且二節翅比一般常見的大了些 ，肉質也比較緊實，或許是使用地雞的雞翅來做吧。 焼トリ 串カツ コイコイ 地址：日本國京都府京都市中京区東木屋町通四条上る二丁目下樵木町 198-2 電話：075-2577750 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.16.110 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 Japan_Travel 08/30 21:40 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 Ind-travel 08/30 21:40
