（軍聞社記者姜大宇專訪）「幸好有官兵的幫助，不然學生們開學的日期不知道要拖到什麼時候。」臺南市新進國小校長黃耿鐘指出，歷經多次風災，這是該校首次淹水，位於地下室的教具室更是滿目瘡痍，但幸有官兵們的協助，加快校園復原的速度。

　新進國小的地下室昨天一度水深及腰，黃耿鐘仍心有餘悸的表示，原訂今天的開學日，因「康芮」颱風的侵襲而延後，昨日下午積水稍退後，教職員們拖著疲憊身軀搬挪物品，清理遺留的淤泥，直到深夜仍未完成，讓他憂心不已，直到今天一早看到國軍部隊主動前來協助，才讓他放下心中的大石，看到他們動作迅速、紮實，許多泡過水而變得沉重的書籍，在官兵們的合作下，一下子就清空，讓許多女老師都鬆了一口氣。

　率領四十餘位官兵穿梭校園的陸軍二０三旅旅長黃上校指出，災害防救是國軍中心任務之一，尤其，教育是百年大計，每位參加行動的弟兄全心投入，能讓學校儘早恢復正常運作，給學生一個安全、清潔的學習環境。

新加坡2013年8月30日電 /美通社/ -- 全球最大的旅遊網站 TripAdvisor™ 今日頒布任命 Marc Charron 為商務服務部門總裁之人事命令，該部門的發展目標旨在為觀光業提供接觸 TripAdvisor 每月數百萬位訪客的商機。Charron 將對 TripAdvisor 的 CEO 暨共同辦人 Stephen Kaufer 進行報告。

Charron 將駐守英國倫敦，並將負責 TripAdvisor 在觀光旅遊業服務的永續發展及創新。該部門自2010年成立後，在全球觀光旅遊業的工商企業名錄及合作服務的採用率已有相當幅度的增長。目前，工商企業名錄訂閱人數已超過5萬，且如快速點評等評論區服務亦廣受企業主好評。

Kaufer 表示：「Marc 豐富的全球經驗及傑出的領導能力致使他成為 TripAdvisor 商務服務總裁職務的最佳人選，商務服務是 TripAdvisor 的商業模式中的關鍵組成部分，我相信該部門在 Marc 的帶領下將會持續成長並為想在 TripAdvisor 曝光的企業提供資源和工具。」

Charron 於 2006 年加入 TripAdvisor 作歐洲地區的常務董事。身為公司第一名國際員工的 Marc，他負責帶領 TripAdvisor 歐洲的發展，包括各地不同語言網站、營運，並且於加入 TripAdvisor 的前四年內將團隊拓展至百人以上。Marc 於2010年轉戰新加坡並於當地設立亞太區 TripAdvisor 總部，為 TripAdvisor 創造持續性業務增長及網站流量。在新加坡 TripAdvisor 站穩腳步後，Marc 並未停下休息，他緊接著被賦予拓展中國北京 TripAdvisor 的任務。

Charron 表示：「我很榮幸能加入商務服務團隊，特別是在此產業的蓬勃發展時期，TripAdvisor 商務服務在幫助業主將想法轉換為行動發揮了相當大的作用。我期待能在上任後，持續帶領 TripAdvisor 商務服務前進，並利用創新想法為產業帶來正面改變，例如我們即將推出的 TripConnect 平台將連結獨立飯店及民宿與全球最大的線上旅遊社群。」

Marc 在加入 TripAdvisor 以前曾經於舊金山的 SquareTrade 擔任過產品行銷部門的副總裁。在 SquareTrade 任職以前，他也曾經在 QXL.com、Getz International Travel 以及 Danube Travel 擔任過常務董事一職，並且全部都是駐守在倫敦。

大陸和台灣的服貿協議中，日後台灣電影可以原音在大陸上映，無需刻意重配國語發行。而繼台灣之後，香港政府也與中共當局簽署CEPA的「補充協議十」，為香港電影日後在大陸上映提供最新政策，其中香港製造純港味港語發音的電影，在大陸上映也不用配普通話發行。

這項新協議中，日後港產片或香港與大陸合拍電影的方言版本，經審查批准通過後，不需特別做普通話配音，可以原音播出，但必須配置普通話字幕，對喜歡香港電影的大陸觀眾，或廣東省等以粵語為主地區觀眾是一大福音。

主計總處今天首次公布台版「國民幸福指數」在國際指標綜合指數為六點六四分，與國際經濟暨發展組織（OECD）卅四個會員國及二個夥伴國比較，我國為卅七國中的第十九名，屬於中段班，名次優於日本與南韓。

就國際指標中的十一個領域觀察，面向有關的「居住條件」、「所得與財富」及「工作與收入」三個領域均進入前十名（第九名、第四名，第十名）。

至於生活品質面向的八個領域中「人身安全」居第三名相對最佳，但「環境品質」領域因我國地狹人稠，車輛密度高，環境負荷相對較重，與土耳其並列第卅五名，排名倒數。其餘六個領域，包含「社會連繫」、「教育與技能」、「公民參與及政府治理」、「健康狀況」、「主觀幸福感」與「工作與生活平衡」則居於中段，名次為十五至廿五名不等。整體而言，我國物質生活條件面向表現明顯優於生活品質。

若純粹從名次來看，排名最好的前二項領域分別為「人身安全」（第三名）與「所得與財富」（第四名）；排名最差的則是「主觀幸福感」（第廿五名）與「環境品質」（第卅五名）。

誠品書店與書法名家董陽孜共同舉辦作品展「觀易」，以易經洞察現代社會，用書法實踐人生智慧，展出董陽孜34幅新作。

每年都不斷有新創作的書法家董陽孜，這次和誠品書店合作，要分享她體認到「易經」與書法體現中國古典文化哲學及宇宙觀。
