小弟不是台北人，出社會後，在台北市工作，租了兩年房子(北市小雅房)，房租加水電2年總花費約20W。

當一個男人想邁入人生的另一階段時，住哪? 要不要買房? 買在哪? 便成了一個很重大的課題。

總不能娶了老婆還龜在小雅房或小套房吧?!其實可以，但我不想也不會這樣做。

我，沒有富爸爸，但我爸媽願意用他們畢生的積蓄幫我付頭期款，讓我在台北買房。

但我哪忍心讓他們老人家看著自己畢生積蓄，只能買一個又小又舊的小公寓，在台北。

就算我忍心，也沒有能力來負擔往後每個月動則4,5萬或更高的的房貸20年!更別說還要負擔一個家的開銷了。

一年的看房過程，從台北市以西的三重、板橋、中和、三峽...，以東的東湖、汐止、基隆...，節節敗退...。

過程中深刻體會到:一個工資被壓榨的年輕人，想要買房，又要住得舒適，沒有壓力，不想靠爸，又想結婚，的確困難重重!

但或許也一點都不困難，看自己對地點的選擇和取捨。

尋尋覓覓了一年後，我覺得我幸運的，買了人生的第一間房子，2012年初。

基隆，13年電梯公寓，兩房一廳，實際室內坪數加陽台17坪多，另外還有一個平面大車位(足以停一輛BENZ S320加摩托車4部，雖然我沒有320，摩托車也只有一部)。

對了!地點離前幾天的落石有點近，可能不到兩公里，但上下班都走62快速道路不會經過沒有影響。

當時，大家都覺得我瘋了，再怎麼能力有限怎麼會把房子買到基隆去，不，是基隆的邊陲地帶去。

但，含過戶仲介辦到好200W，你還能嫌棄什麼?!

另外，還花了裝潢家電林林總總約50W。

大家又覺得我瘋了，總價這麼低裝潢下這麼重本，以後脫手穩賠不賺啊!!!

信不信有你，一年多來，市場成交行情已經向我的總成本大幅邁進了。

但這根本就不是我在意的點，我在意的，只是想擁有一個屬於自己的家。

買房一年後我結婚了，目前我們夫妻倆在住、行的總開銷每個月約19K。

房貸: 8K(跟我在台北市小雅房的租金一樣，但房貸繳久房子就是自己的)
水電瓦斯+管理費: 2K
油錢+停車費+過路費: 8K
捷運+公車: 1K

有人會問，如果把用車成本8K拿來付房貸，是不是就可以買離台北市更近的房子?! 我只能說，想太多，一來總價400W的房子你覺得會離台北多近?!二來，車對我來說很重要，除了上下班節省通勤時間外，回老家也較方便。

有人會問，你每天浪費了多少時間在通勤上?早上，小塞到大塞，到北市30~40分。晚上，不塞，回到家25分。
相信比一些住北市或新北也在台北市上班的人來說，這時間比他們待在公車或捷運上要來得少。

住了一年多，我還是覺得我的選擇和決定沒有錯!

這房子，讓我們夫妻倆有了一個屬於自己的窩，住起來沒有壓力，遠離城市喧囂，生活機能又佳(樓下有便利商店、走路五分鐘傳統市場、騎車3分鐘頂好、騎車5分鐘愛買)，附近有山有海有海科館，還有落石(驚!!)。

McAfee Stinger Portable detects and removes prevalent Fake Alert malware and threats identified in the "List Viruses" section of the Stinger application.
