| 遠航駕駛冒險降落 民航局開罰

遠東航空一架飛機5月時，在幾乎「零能見度」的情況下，違規降落澎湖馬公機場。交通部民用航空局今天(9日)完成調查，決定對遠航正副駕駛各開罰新台幣6萬元，正駕駛降為副駕駛。
根據民航局調查，當時遠航這架飛機降落馬公機場時，因雲很低，看不到跑道，依規定不適合降落，在遠航前後的其他航空公司飛機都返航，遠航卻冒險違規降落。
民航局調查也發現當時馬公跑道在整建，飛機須逆風落地，遠航駕駛卻未遵照落地程序，採順風落地，同樣嚴重違規，一不小心可能衝出跑道，危害機上人員生命安全，雖然飛機成功降落，但飛安不容許有任何僥倖。民航局標準組組長張羚悌說：『(原音)因為馬公正在修跑道，你使用順風落地事實上是存在風險，因為馬公的跑道很短，又是濕滑，如果你是順風的話就可能落地時若不是很小心的話，很可能發生所謂的出跑道的狀況。』
民航局指出，依據航空法罰則，決定開罰正副駕駛各新台幣6萬元，正駕駛降為副駕駛。遠東航空則表示，公司已懲處違規的駕駛，會加強訓練並嚴格要求遵守規定。

最近磁碟不時會跑到100% 例子有開GOOGLE CHROME\開小紅傘掃毒\LOL三種 工作管理員顯示上最吃硬碟的也未必是這三樣 有時是SYSTEM\服務本機:主機系統\微軟SEARCH索引子 此外全部加總有時明明不到10MB/秒 也顯示100% 通常是剛開上述程式時的瞬間飆高 過5秒左右降下 但也有飆高個幾十秒再降下再升回不斷循環的狀況 或是持續100%直到關掉程式 請問是哪邊出了問題呢 上網查下後 我已經把建立檔案索引關掉 WINDOWS SEARCH與WINDOWS DEFENDER也都關掉了 但問題仍無解決 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.116.190.124

 本文作者Charles Hudson是手機遊戲公司Bionic Panda Games的聯合創始人兼CEO，同時也是SoftTech VC的一名VC。他在文中簡單談了一下他最近對幾組穿戴式設備（Google Glass、FitBit、Jawbone Up和Pebble智慧型手錶）體驗之後的幾點看法。原文載於其部落格。
我認為目前穿戴式設備的設計，對於用戶來說，還僅僅是「可以穿戴」，而非「想要穿戴」，目前我們所處的市場階段是：廠商競相去實現這樣一個功能，卻忽略了產品的時尚感和設計感。
我體驗過的許多早期的穿戴式設備都在身上明顯可見。它們也許是戴在臉上或是戴在手腕上，別人一眼就能發現。但我認為有趣的可穿戴技術也可以是無形的，改善第一代穿戴式設備設計的一個方式就是儘量把產品「藏起來」而不是讓它明顯可見。
和其他大多數電子設備一樣，穿戴式設備的續航能力是其痛點。我已經有一堆東西需要一天一充：手機、平板、筆記型電腦，這些穿戴式設備無疑是增加了這一負擔。下一代穿戴式設備若想實現真正的飛躍，首先要提供能持續維持數周的續航能力。
許多穿戴式設備沒有原生的網路連接功能，依賴於透過藍牙或其他方式與另一個擁有更強處理能力、更多記憶體和儲存容量的設備進行連接（通常為智慧型手機）。目前這一代的穿戴式設備是作為智慧型手機的附屬設備設計的，它們無法單獨生存，它們只是智慧型手機的補充和延伸。
我們花了幾年時間去理解智慧型手機為我們生活帶來的影響，但即使如此，我們對資料連接、GPS 和感應裝置的組合能碰撞出什麼火花依然一知半解。相比之下，我們對穿戴式設備的探索才剛剛起步。(charleshudson.net)

媒體民調指出，針對台北市長選舉，民進黨內蔡英文支持度最高，其次是台大醫師柯文哲，前副總統呂秀蓮第4名；呂秀蓮雖未鬆口參選，但她表示「我已經退休那麼久了，不公平。」
呂秀蓮出席民進黨8年執政研討會，媒體詢問民調一事，話還沒問完，她就搶著說：「我大概是最後一名吧」；隨後又說，她已經退休那麼久，「有人已經跑到快到終點，有的人連起跑都沒有起跑」，民調數字參考就好。

| 《日本經濟》7月經常帳盈餘優於預期 出口大增11.5%

 日本財務省9日公佈2013年7月份國際收支統計速報，當月日本國際經常帳盈餘較去年同月下滑12.9%至5,773億日圓，連續第6個月呈現盈餘，惟盈餘金額連續第2個月呈現下滑、但優於Thomson Reuters事先所作調查4,878億日圓的預估值；經季節性因素調整後的經常帳盈餘為3,337億日圓，較前月驟減48.3%，連續第5個月呈現盈餘。
財務省表示，有機化合物、汽車等產品出口增加雖帶動出口總額呈現增長，惟因原油及液化天然氣等產品進口大增導致進口總額高於出口總額，故7月份日本貿易逆差額達9,433億日圓，逆差額較去年同月(逆差3,761億日圓)暴增150.8%，連續第13個月呈現逆差。
7月份日本出口總額較去年同月大增11.5%至5兆7,073億日圓，連續第5個月呈現增長(前月的出口額為成長6.7%)；進口總額暴增21.0%至6兆6,505億日圓，連續第9個月呈現增長(前月的進口額為成長11.6%)。
另外，7月份日本經季節性因素調整後的貿易逆差額為9,219億日圓(前月為逆差5,723億日圓)，連續第22個月陷入逆差局面。其中，出口額月減3.7%至5兆4,590億日圓，連續第2個月呈現下滑；進口額月增2.2%至6兆3,809億日圓，連續第2個月呈現增長。
