民進黨前主席施明德上午出席台灣民主基金會論壇，發表專題演講。針對關說風暴，他會前受訪時說，台灣有很多關說文化，是關說、拜託還是懇求？可能因人而異，他也常向部長們懇求，拜託不要做這個事情、做那個事情，「因為我們是一介平民，同樣一件事情，院長做起來就變成關說」。

施明德也開玩笑表示，他喜歡被稱呼是一個「抗爭者」，但今天論壇稱呼他是「永不妥協的民主鬥士」，這是民主基金會董事長、立法院長王金平對所有聽眾關說，希望把他從抗爭者提升為一個民主鬥士，「所以王院長今天又關說了」。

施明德不批王金平、柯建銘，把矛頭指向檢調。他質疑，檢察官有沒有自我反省一下？恐龍法官與檢察官們自以為是上帝、正義天使，一再起訴，但判罪率有多高？而且輸了還要一再上訴，「你們上訴有錢拿，被上訴的人折磨得不得了」。

【綜合報導】美國出兵制裁敘利亞在參院外委會通過，參眾兩院預計在下周進行全院會的表決，總統歐巴馬與國務卿凱瑞馬不停蹄的遊說各國盟友，共同參與軍事制裁敘利亞的行動，目前已有英法德加等12國公開表示支持。
 
但根據民調數據顯示，近6成的美國民眾不支持政府出兵。一群反戰人士7日也在白宮前的人行道上進行示威抗議，要求國會否決提案。他們齊聲喊著「你要打仗，我說反戰」（You say more war, we say no war），或是「歐巴馬和國會對敘利亞放手吧」（Obama, hands off Syria, Congress, hands off Syria），標語也寫著「轟炸敘利亞不是保護人民，而是殺戮」（Bombing Syria doesn't protect people, it kills them），反映了美國國內反戰的氣氛。

病人：「我最近很累，不曉得是『房事』過多或者…」

醫師：「年輕人真是好體力…」

太太連忙補充：「他每天在外應酬，『繁事』多的很，這樣會不會傷肝？」

不管「房事」過多也好，「繁事」過多也好，勞心勞力都會讓人較累。很多人是因為感覺疲倦，懷疑肝有問題才去找醫師。累有很多種原因，精神壓力、工作太忙、憂國憂民，都會令人感到疲倦。

俗語說，「積勞成疾」這句話對某些疾病而言，大概是對的。例如，因太勞累，會血壓升高，進而引發心臟病或腦中風，但對肝而言，過度勞累與肝病發作並無直接關係。

對肝而言，應該說是「因疾成勞」，就是肝病嚴重，例如肝炎發作，或肝硬化或肝癌厲害才會讓人疲勞。但此時就醫，通常肝病都很嚴重了，例如肝指數飄到1000多，肝硬化中期末期，或肝癌末期。

因此，肝好不好，千萬不要等到感覺不對了，才去找醫師，平常就要定期追蹤檢查，包括抽血驗肝指數、胎兒蛋白、BC肝等，以及定期做腹部超音波檢查，這樣顧肝才能保有彩色人生。
