【綜合報導】立法院長王金平身陷關說風暴，政治生命恐怕就此終結。馬總統親自上火線，直言無法接受王金平的「來電解釋」，痛批「如果這不是關說、那什麼才叫作『關說』？」施正鋒坦言，馬總統很明顯的要以民意，來逼迫抗拒帝王行政的國會議長就範。

東華大學民族發展與社會工作學系教授施正鋒，今天在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《院長被拔 王金平甘心嗎》一文中表示，王金平增額立委出身，一向與人為善、廣結善緣，在前總統李登輝下台後，被公推為國民黨本土派的精神領袖。民進黨執政8年時間，也與扁政府相敬如賓，一度遭黨內保守派猜忌；馬英九政權上台後，王金平拒用警察權壓制在野黨，不願配合執政黨把立法院恢復為戒嚴時期的立法局，讓外界料想，「馬王對決」是早晚的事，只是卻沒人想到來的那麼快。

【綜合報導】中國江蘇南京一名20歲女子，今年5月因趕時間乘搭一輛無照的「黑牌」計程車，不料車上40歲的陳姓司機垂涎美色，駕車至無人之處時，企圖對女子性侵。

但女子也不是省油的燈，女子先假裝和陳男真喇舌，但趁機咬爛陳男的舌頭，女子還說要下車領錢給他看病，下車後隨即大聲呼救，陳男最終被警方逮捕。近日陳男被當地法院判處2年徒刑，緩刑3年。

防雷頁 今日劇情— 雖然開海了，但海裡卻沒有海膽… 觀光協會中，召開會議，名叫KDTOK3RKDNSPMMMYPGB （転んでも　ただでは起ぎねえ　北三陸を今度こそなんとかすっぺ 　目に物見せてやっぺ　ゴーストバスダーズ） 簡單來講就是討論怎麼復興北三陸。 吉田拿出報紙公開殘酷的訊息－要復興北鐵袖濱至宮古區段，需要80億 大吉提到，有人認為就算要用納稅錢，也有讓北鐵復活 地震後幾天，大家努力讓北鐵駛回北三陸，那班車被稱為「奇蹟列車」 大家都很感動，尤其是地震當天搭車的鈴木奶奶，覺得大吉保護了她和孫子 爐子拿出一箱東西，裡面都是信、小孩的畫、彩帶等等應援物，大家都希望北鐵復活 大吉：「就算只有一名乘客要搭使還是要讓北鐵行駛。」 在怎麼說，北鐵對在地居民還是觀光客都是重要的資產。 大家受到大吉的鼓舞，開始興奮起來，說一定要復興北鐵（這裡又有馬力歐梗XDD） 這時夏婆婆問到經費的問題。 而小秋不出聲，她原本想趁機講重建海女咖啡的事… 但現在這情況根本不能拜託觀光協會和北鐵的人 結衣這時要去小酒館準備開門，功在此時來到觀光協會。 再來終於講到海邊的事了，夏提到沒有海膽 因為海嘯的關係，海膽被大量沖上岸，然後死去… 而大家也不敢吃東北的海產…雖然水質測試都沒問題 功似乎有什麼提議，小秋在這時提出用手鍊來賺復興費用， 栗原說沒有材料，吉田則覺得手鍊不大好（チャラチャラ） 夫婦倆又開始打情罵俏… 功這時說不當議員了，因為他想選市長！為北三陸盡更多力量 在小酒館，結衣媽上台公布此訊，足立兄妹也被叫上台向大家道謝 大家歡呼，菅原這時喊：「差不多該讓『潮騷記憶組合』復活了吧！」 結衣臉色一沉 結衣和小秋走出小酒館，結衣說自己不用上台也沒關係 為了北三陸、甚至為了東北，到底該做什麼？總之，她認為不是唱歌跳舞 結衣：「北鐵小姐、潮騷記憶組合，對我來說，不是現在該做的事。」 小秋不說話，她無法想像那一天，結衣受到多大的衝擊… 結衣媽這時出來請結衣回去小酒館幫她，結衣回去前跟小秋說： 「如果海女咖啡重新開幕的話，我可以去幫忙，加油唷。」 小秋看著走進小酒館的結衣，覺得她在勉強自己。 ※※ 小感－ 先講一下，爐子好會畫畫XDDD 加上小池是左撇子有另外的萌點XD 大家都希望北鐵復活，但費用要80億真的好高 如果不是功要當參選，這件事應該更難辦成， 因為小鎮在海嘯後，幾乎都沒有觀光資源了（雖然有琥珀卻總是被無視XD""） 結衣就這集看來，完全放棄了過去的夢想，嗯…白馬王子小秋趕快救她吧！ 這集中間談到手鍊那邊，栗原和吉田講到B'z，不是很清楚這個梗… -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.12.214.142

【戴之聖／新北報導】「快點救他！他沒氣了！」昨天晚間11時許，民眾報案表示，新北市貢寮福連國小有潛水客溺水，岸巡13大隊人員立即前往，發現40歲的鄭姓男子穿潛水服裝躺在地上，一旁的民眾在為他做CPR急救，警消緊急將鄭男送醫急救，但仍在今天凌晨1時許宣告不治。

岸巡人員調查，傅姓、余姓民眾昨晚在潛水時發現海裡有燈光晃動，下潛3公尺發現鄭男完全不動停在水中，余男趕緊按下緊急充氣閥讓鄭男浮出水面再報案送醫，由於鄭男健康狀況良好，將會報警檢察官相驗釐清鄭男死因。

【陳世河／台中報導】台中神岡區張姓男子（48歲，公共危險前科）5日下4點多，喝酒後跑到神岡區豐洲路301巷馬路中間攔車，過往車輛驚嚇之餘紛紛閃避並報警，警方前往民眾報案指稱地點，發現張男正拍打路旁住家鐵門，為保護張男安全，警員將張男帶回派出所管束，不料張男被帶回派出所後情緒失控，不斷對警員大罵「幹你娘xx、龜兒子、大估呆」，警員多次勸誡張男這樣涉嫌妨害公務，不料張男沒有收斂反而撂下狠話說：「我交保出來還會來輸贏（會報復之意）警方最後在錄影蒐證後，將他依妨害公務罪嫌移送法辦。
