如果你有使用過 Mac OS，在選取多個檔案時按下滑鼠右鍵，一定會有出現「新增所選項目的資料夾」這個選項，而這個選項的目的就是於將所選的檔案，都丟到一個資料夾中，讓我們方便整理，不過 Windows 卻沒有這一個功能。而 Files 2 Folder 正是一個補強這個功能的小幫手，透過滑鼠右鍵選單的整合，在你選取多個檔案時，只要輸入新的資料夾的名字，接下來所選取的檔案通通都會移到這個資料夾囉！此外，還可以依檔案分稱來自動建立資料夾，功能比起Mac的「新增所選項目的資料夾」可說是有過之而無不及唷！
