近年来中国的经济力量扩大了，引起美国人的注意，可见于发表在2013年6月2日《纽约时报》题为《中国经济帝国》的文章。我先把文章的主要内容介绍与读者，然后讨论它是否正确。我提取的内容包括以下五点：

（1）中国在世界各地投资，收购西方的大公司，如美国的猪肉生产商史密斯菲尔德食品公司和法国地中海俱乐部度假公司。中国的投资常用中国工人以致当地的工人失业。中国控制的石油和天然气管道从土库曼斯坦到中国，从苏丹南部到红海，从印度洋到昆明，从西伯利亚到中国北方。中国还建筑基础设施，如在尼罗河的麦洛维水坝，厄瓜多尔和全球其他各地的水坝。在2008年之前中国对外每年的投资不到一亿美元，在过去两年已超过10亿美元。在2020年中国对外的直接投资预计将达到一万亿美元以上。

（2）关于对外贸易，中国已成为世界最大的出口国，在2012年超过了美国成为世界上最大的贸易国（贸易指出口和进口）。通过购买天然资源和粮食，中国能安全地保证了城市化和推进出口的两大经济政策所需的资源。在短短的几年内，中国已成为世界上钢铁和太阳能最大的出口国。

（3）关于人口外移，中国工人往外国工作，如在丹麦的格陵兰岛工作，部分原因是当地没有足够的技术工人在所需要的建设工作，如开采石油和交通运输。这样中国工人便取代了当地的工人。

（4）关于对外贷款，在2009年和2010年中国为世界提供了比世界银行更多的贷款。该贷款用于资助建设中国在当地的基础设施，和启动当地采掘等行业。特别是在西方国家和有困难获得世界银行贷款的国家，如安哥拉，厄瓜多尔，委内瑞拉，土库曼斯坦，苏丹和伊朗等。

（5）中国实行了不公平的竞争。政府通过本不应从事的补贴和廉价的融资，使中国国有企业享有与对方竞争的优势。自2008年以来，西方经济衰退使这些中国企业能进入西方的市场，获取它们以前无法取得的技术，知识和合约。西方企业抱怨它们在中国的投资受到限制，但是中国企业在外国投资享受了红地毯待遇。中国在欧洲，购买了战略性的资产，如沃尔沃等大公司和设备制造商德国普茨迈斯特。总之，随着中国成为一个全球性的球员，在美国和欧洲的市场激烈竞争，它的政治制度和国家资本主义的意识形态变为一种中国的利益。西方政府应当坚持一直是西方的繁荣的核心，即是法律，政治自由和公平竞争的规则。

我认为现代世界经济一个最重要的发展是全球化。全球化带来的好处多于坏处。从经济学我们了解货物和资源的自由流动是对交易的双方有利，否则他们不会进行交易。全球化包括了商品、物质资本、金融资本、劳动力和技术的交流。技术的交流随着前四种交流进行。这四种交流活动分别为贸易、物质资本投资、金融资本投资和劳力的迁移。

《纽约时报》的作者批评中国是经济帝国，基本上是批评中国参与经济的全球化。其实，在过去一百多年来世界大多数的其他国家也参与全球化的活动。邓小平的开放政策是欢迎外国来中国投资和鼓励中国对外贸易，这两项活动都对中国有益。我们没有理由指责中国参与经济的全球化。《纽约时报》的作者批评中国的第五点，是中国政府通过国家资本主义对其他国家实行不公平的竞争，读者可以自行判断这种批评是否合理。

总结而言，本文题目是中华经济帝国。帝国的意义，包括两点，一是把国家的势力移到外国，二是强逼它国接受。中国做了第一点，但是没有做第二点。中国与外国合作的伙伴是自愿欢迎中国参与它们在其经济发展中进行全球化的四种活动。这些国家必认为这种自愿与中国合作的活动是对它们有利的。

結論
就算堆滿寶，妳只要在人家寵物、魚產寶之前待在它魚缸，時間一到魚、寵物都會從天降寶，
有時會有BUG無視保護時間可以直接撿寶
寶物雨同理，就是期間有很多魚、寵物到了生產週期

【綜合報導】台灣政治圈掀起「關說風暴」，馬總統召開記者會痛批王金平，還不承認自己涉嫌關說，直言這是「台灣民主法治發展最恥辱的一天」。郭正亮認為，這次馬總統「重磅出手」，實在是國民黨近年罕見。

民進黨前立委郭正亮，在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《擒王立威 馬掐國會咽喉》中表示，馬總統這兩天大動作回應，很難不讓人聯想到「政治鬥爭」。因為馬王互不對盤，早已是政壇公開秘密，但兩人互不侵犯，長年相安無事。問題是，隨著馬民調迅速下滑，王對馬的部分主張，已經越來越難認同。

郭正亮認為，「服貿協議」與「核四公投」，是馬王決裂導火線。服貿原本預期要在明年元旦生效，最晚必須在今年底前通過；核四公投如要避免與明年七合一選舉撞期，也必須在下會期通過提案。但相較於馬的心急如焚，王卻彷彿事不關己，甚至還同意在野黨「服貿必須逐條表決」主張，更讓馬氣到極點。

馬出其不意，攻王虛門，使原本與馬並肩而立的王院長，突然陷入全面被動。馬擒賊先擒王，拿下最難擺平的王金平，有如佔領立法院的戰略要塞，直掐國會咽喉。

法務部新聞稿指出，有關聯合報8日報導標題「曾勇夫：君要臣死，臣不得不死」乙事，法務部說明此話並非前部長曾勇夫所說明之用語，在言談中也未表示此等含義，恐外界誤解，特此聲明。
