中秋節快到了！衛生福利部基隆醫院營養師提醒喜歡吃烤肉、月餅搭配柚子的民眾，這3大類食物的熱量都偏高，烤肉醬及月餅又含有高油、高鈉，要注意不要吃太多，以免造成身體負擔。

營養師許秋萍表示，烤肉時要少吃如香腸、培根等加工食品，且盡量選購瘦肉，少吃高油、高膽固醇的多皮肉類或內臟。

烤肉醬由於鹽分高，含有大量的鈉，容易造成高血壓、腎臟病等慢性病患的身體負擔，建議使用水果醋、柳丁汁或淡醬油取代，以符合「低鈉飲食原則」。

烤焦的食物不要吃下肚，可用鋁箔紙包住食物再烤，避免吃進致癌物質。土司可選含較多膳食纖維的全麥土司，促進腸胃蠕動，但注意不要吃過量。

許秋萍說，吃月餅時要注意熱量及內餡的標示，由於月餅熱量、甜分都高，不要當成正餐食用。建議除避免吃高油、高膽固醇內餡的月餅，也可將月餅切成8小塊，每天只吃1小塊就好。

柚子雖然富含維生素C以及膳食纖維，能促進腸胃蠕動、幫助排便及抗氧化。但由於膳食纖維含量高，不好消化，且1顆柚子的熱量相當於1碗白飯，一次吃2、3瓣就好。

糖尿病、腎臟病等患者更要特別注意食用分量，以免加重身體負擔。

音樂電影一向是熱門的電影類型片之一，其中不外乎就是以音樂作為主軸，輔以舞蹈、戲 劇等元素呈現，較為火紅的代表像是迪士尼的《歌舞青春》、《髮膠明星夢》、《歡樂合 唱團》或是舞蹈部分佔較大比例的《舞力全開》系列作等，都在此領域中樹立不錯的典範 與票房。然而，這種類型電影的故事背景，大都較制式地設定在校園裡，敘事模式也都差 不多，不外乎主角都長的很正、很帥，在個性上多半有著讓人不敢苟同的地方，自顧自地 做自己的事等枯燥雷同性。因此，往往得以突破創新的地方便在於其音樂部分，但重覆產 出雷同的歌唱模式，也會使觀眾感到疲乏無味。然而，令人眼睛為之一亮的是，《歌喉讚 》卻稍稍突破以往窠臼，不再是一般的歡聲合唱，而是將別具特色的阿卡貝拉(A Cappella)與電影相結合，形成一股不小的革新風潮。 所謂的阿卡貝拉(A Cappella)，就是「無樂器伴奏的純人聲音樂」，這種無伴奏的音樂形 式，僅以人聲來哼唱出旋律與節奏，營造出豐富的層次感。《歌喉讚》即以此種音樂形式 ，貫串整部電影主軸，故事敘述貝卡(安娜坎卓克 飾)是一個寧願從耳機聽音樂，也不聽 其他人親口唱歌的女孩。為了自己的音樂夢而來到巴頓大學後，發現自己與其他人格格不 入，在意外加入自己過去從未參與過的團體組合─阿卡貝拉合唱組後，躋身競爭激烈有如 割喉戰的大學合唱比賽，一路掙扎奮鬥過關斬將，也造就出她與戰友們大學生活中最酷、 最瘋狂的體驗。 捨棄傳統編曲與制式和聲，融合全新的混搭音樂，從老歌新唱到最流行的潮流歌曲，造就 出「舊瓶裝新酒」這種既熟悉但又不枯燥、風趣的感覺。《歌喉讚》便依循這樣的脈絡， 將阿卡貝拉歌唱藝術發揮到極致，一口氣串聯多首熱門暢銷的流行金曲，得以讓影迷在觀 看中，喚醒許多陪伴著其青春歲月的K歌回憶，這也是《歌喉讚》最值得欣賞玩味的地方 之一。正如阿卡貝拉每個人聲部份各司其職，各有專門負責的部分，《歌喉讚》也同樣延 伸阿卡貝拉特色，將每個角色的個性設計得相當鮮明，亮眼程度也都平均一致，較無誰壓 過誰的鋒頭，不論是固執墨守成規的歐柏莉（安娜坎普 飾演）；後期聲帶受傷的紅髮女 克蘿伊（布蘭妮史諾 飾）；自信過人又自娛娛人的「胖艾美」（瑞貝爾威爾森 飾）；性 感挑逗的史黛西（艾莉西斯奈普 飾）；歌聲騷動的女黑人辛西亞蘿絲（伊斯特迪恩飾） ；或是聲音小如蚊子，但卻能大聲即興饒舌而令人驚豔的莉莉（哈娜梅李 飾）等，皆有 各自獨特的音色展現。 整體來看，《歌喉讚》是部典型的好萊塢青春喜劇，以阿卡貝拉音樂形式呈現，俊男美女 、丑角、衰角、綠葉等該有的角色也都含括在內，在青春洋溢的校園中，無畏地挑戰未知 人生，追尋人生目標與體驗，致使《歌喉讚》在劇情結構上倒未有太多驚艷與創新，儘管 如此，如同阿卡貝拉音樂傳達的概念：給我人聲，其餘免談。《歌喉讚》很單純地用人聲 玩弄音樂，從中結合青春、愛情等元素，並加上些許羶色腥梗和笑料，得以讓它與其他好 萊塢音樂喜劇相比，別具風格地脫穎而出。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.4.38

檢察總長黃世銘說，查辦史上最大司法關說案，絕無私人恩怨，這是監聽立委柯建銘疑涉不法，意外查獲前法務部部長曾勇夫、台灣高等檢察署檢察長陳守煌涉及關說，並非特定監聽曾、陳而查獲。他說，想用私人恩怨轉移焦點，猶如政治人物犯法被查辦就喊政治迫害一樣。

對有人放出是因檢察官調動等人事安排與黃世銘結怨，另指黃世銘為人刻薄寡恩。黃說，他辦案一向公事公辦，無私人恩怨，原諒說這些話的人。
