不懼正面面對王金平院長，針對17日（周二）立法院第八屆第四會期開議，行政院發出新聞稿指出，江宜樺院長仍將依憲法規定，率全體閣員赴立法院進行施政報告並備質詢，不因立法院長資格的爭議有所改變。

行政院說，憲法規定行政院有向立法院提出施政方針及施政報告之責，並不因立法院長資格的爭議有所改變。因此，為了國家政務的正常推動，江院長將依照憲政規定及慣例，向立法院提出施政報告。

由於行政院長江宜樺在立法院長王金平關說出事時，曾經聲稱已經做好立法院長不是王金平的準備，當王金平申請假處分成功，仍將續任立法院長時，一般都為江揆17日立法院院會時如何面對王金平院長，及向他鞠躬而捏把冷汗。江宜樺選擇發新聞稿表明尊重憲政的立場，仍將依憲法規定，率全體閣員赴立法院進行施政報告並備質詢。

內政部要大幅鬆綁開發法令規定，同意水土保持法修法及及修訂全國區域計畫草案，大幅鬆綁水庫集水區開發，包括水源區國有土地可租售，自來水保護區大幅鬆綁開發限制等。環團及原住民今天下午要到內政部抗議，要求部長李鴻源拿出學術良知，撤回全國區域計畫草案，並要求行政院從立法院撤回水土保持法修法草案。

針對台北地方法院昨晚對於立法院長王金平提出黨籍確認假處分的裁定，總統府發言人李佳霏表示，馬總統無法接受立法院長關說司法個案，這個立場絕對不會改變。但地方法院做出了裁定，總統表示尊重。

基於馬總統不能接受國會議長關說司法個案的事實，除了維持政府順利運作，例如行政院到立法院報告，以及部分牽涉憲政意義的活動，如總統府月會、國慶大會邀立法院長參與或主持的慣例外，其他的活動則會做出必要的調整，包括「每周一舉行的五人小組將停開」。

此外，往例總統在立法院開議前邀請包括立法院長在內的立委聯誼的活動，李佳霏表示，這部分，總統府將另外規劃與立委互動的型態，下周起會分批邀請立委以小規模座談的形式，讓總統與立委們就本會期推動法案等議題，深入交換意見。其他活動，則視情況加以調整，總統不會刻意迴避，一切順其自然。

李佳霏指出，馬總統堅持捍衛司法獨立與司法紀律的立場從未改變，為了台灣的民主法治發展，無法接受立法院長為了在野黨黨鞭的司法案件，關說法務部長及臺高檢檢察長，這是全民都應該堅守的紅線。在抗拒政治力量關說司法案件這件事情上，沒有任何灰色地帶，也不容猶豫妥協。

【綜合報導】泰國一家通訊商「TrueMove H」，近日推出一則廣告，大玩「揪感心」系列。

廣告中有一名小男孩因為媽媽生病，偷了雜貨店的飲料和錢，隔壁的麵攤老闆看到了，出面幫小男孩解危，還包了一碗蔬菜湯給他，之後小男孩離去。30年後，麵攤老闆仍繼續賣麵，並幫助窮苦人，但忽然間他病倒了，而龐大的醫藥費讓老闆女兒負擔不起，準備賣屋籌錢。

女兒每日在病床上陪伴老父親，某日早晨醒來時，發現所有的治療費都變零元，信裡還寫上要報30年前的恩。女子這才發現，原來父親的主治醫師就是當年的小男孩，而男孩長大後成為醫師，也繼續行醫行善。
