【綜合報導】中國郵輪「海娜號」昨被南韓法院扣留，船上2300人受困船上。據中新社報導，「海娜號」所屬的海航旅業公司擬調度飛機，赴韓將滯留濟州的遊客接回中國。
據中國官方媒體報道，中國國家旅遊局14日晚與韓國文化體育觀光部取得聯系，要求韓方盡快放行該郵輪。海航董事長韓錄海表示，根據《1999年國際扣船公約》規定「船舶祗能因海事請求而不能因任何其它請求被扣押」，韓國法院在沒有管轄權、沒有扣船依據的情況下，僅憑一紙保函，對非涉案當事人名下資產強行進行扣押，涉嫌違反國際公約

〔自由時報記者徐聖倫、邱紹雯／台北報導〕奇蹟！男嬰早產掉進馬桶裡，整顆頭浸入水中長達6分鐘，仍然獲救！
昨天上午，新北市一名15歲林姓女高中生因肚痛在家上廁所，意外產下一子，男嬰倒栽蔥式掉進馬桶，頭朝下浸入馬桶座的擋水堰 （馬桶排污通道上有一個向上凸起的彎曲部分，未沖水時呈水平狀態），消防員獲報趕到，抱出浸水長達6分鐘的男嬰，男嬰一被抱起就哇哇大哭，送署立雙和醫院急救，母子均安，消防員直呼「天公伯仔保庇！」

消防員研判，當時男嬰的臍帶還與母親相連，研判是小男嬰能夠閉氣長達6分鐘的主因。
事發時，林母在新北市中和連城路的家中，聽見女兒在廁所裡尖叫，開門看見現場情況，當場傻眼，趕緊打119報案，而坐在馬桶上的少女和她媽媽都不敢去動馬桶裡男嬰，「三個人」就這樣維持了6分鐘待援。
消防員趕到時，林母雙眼發直，語氣顫抖地說「我女兒生了！」大夥一進廁所，只見少女已嚇呆，呆坐馬桶上，臉色蒼白、冒汗，少女的雙腿及馬桶邊緣都是血，消防員仔細一瞧，驚見男嬰居然整顆頭浸在馬桶裡。
消防員大吃一驚，趕緊將男嬰抱出馬桶，這時男嬰「哇」的一聲哭了出來，消防員立刻剪斷臍帶，清理並送醫。
據了解，少女就讀北市某公立高中，身形並不胖，肚子也沒有明顯隆起，可能因剛開學，師長與同學均未發現她懷孕。
中和消防隊員陳羿良說，這是今年第二次遇到「急產」勤務，他笑著說「我該去買個樂透！」
警方表示，幸好未造成傷亡，否則男嬰若因溺水死亡，少女就可能觸犯過失致死罪。台北市教育局則說，目前無法證實少女是否就讀台北市的學校。

其實目前看起來是覺得 這個女生家裡情況比較有問題罷了 但是提出需求的 都是你弟！ 所以你應該做的事情是先了解那個女生的情況 如果是家裡有困難需要幫助，那麼在 允許的情況下幫助你弟的女朋友有何不可 甚至有可能是未來弟妹也不一定 就算最後分了，也是花一點錢讓你弟學個教訓 讓他把眼睛張開 然後只能說你先跟你弟吵一架這件事情就先輸了 失去了跟你弟溝通的機會，也失去了讓你弟看清的可能（都吵了誰鳥你） 讓你爸媽完全把援助撤回是不可能的，這只會讓你弟跟你家感情更差 但是在怎麼幫忙也要設立底線 請你弟自己想辦法養自己的女人 甚至請你弟再要錢的時候確確實實把這筆錢要花到哪裡去講清楚說明白 好好了解那女生的情況，和你弟好好聊聊而非自己的偏見吧 從 事實上他們也沒認識到兩個月第一次出去玩就在一起了這句感覺就覺得有偏見 不見得閃電戀愛就不是真愛，也不見得這樣就會被騙 就算被騙，也該是從你弟下手，讓他看清楚 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.238.82.179 ※ 編輯: kitel1428 來自: 36.238.82.179 (09/15 08:12)
