請問各位大大:本人任職的公司約25人本人為機械操作員.時間是4年.請事.病假.特休(需提前3天)都依照公司規定辦理.但年終獎金又被扣一次(例:10天事假.10天病假就扣10天事假及10天病假)還說大公司都是這樣做.遇到颱風假或是彈性休假全部扣特休.就算員工(10位)反映願意無薪給假.老板仍堅持扣特休.這樣有違法嗎?還有一年要請幾天事假及病假才會被開除?有遣散費嗎?遣散費如何計算?請各位幫我解答.謝謝!

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義縣鹿草鄉今天舉行中秋「搏餅」活動，300多名鄉親分成6組，擲骰子拿月餅，骰子在大碗公裡，發出鏗鏗鏘鏘的輕脆聲音，現場吆喝聲不斷，熱鬧氣氛high翻天，最大獎是全部都相同的點數「六普」，可拿走整桌月餅。

縣議員也是鹿草體育會理事長的楊秀玉說，「搏餅」是閩南一帶的民俗活動，相傳300多年前，由明朝延平郡王鄭成功的金門籍大將洪旭所創，當時是為解官兵思鄉之情的娛樂活動，後來成為清朝上流社會，文人雅士間的中秋民俗活動，獎項所取用的名稱都跟科舉制度有關，如秀才、舉人、進士和狀元，並以月餅為彩品，故名「搏餅」。

活動在鹿草國小活動中心開賽，縣長張花冠、立委陳明文及鹿草鄉長林沐惠等主持開賽，張花冠先下場試手氣，前兩次摃龜，第3次擲出「二舉」獲得一個月餅，她覺得很有趣，認為這項傳統習俗「搏餅也搏感情」，對地方用心保存表示肯定。主辦單位還特別提供折疊式腳踏車，作為大會「狀元頭」的獎品。

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】台北市就業服務處今天公布，8月各就業服務站的求職人數、求才人數及失業認定的人數，登記求職人數為3968人，較上月減少7.14%，求才人數為7513人，較上月增加31.42%，以求供倍數觀察，8月的求供倍數1.89，等於是平均每個求職者有1.89個工作機會，是近5年8月同期新高。

就服處表示，8月各就業服務站辦理初次失業認定人數為1544人，較7月的1342人增加202人，約上升15個百分點，顯示非自願性失業有增加情形。對有求職需求的民眾，仍持續積極運用各項就業促進工具，提升雇主聘僱意願，並搭配北市職能發展學院的課程，幫助求職勞工在待業期間儲備職涯能量，以利迅速返回勞動市場。

生產以後，大吃大喝
從產前60kg胖到83kg
從小就是稍為肉肉型的女生
衣櫃裡的衣服已經換過好幾輪
到後來只剩下T恤可以穿
褲子甚至需要穿到大尺碼的3~4XL
很多漂亮的衣服全都擠不下
穿得像個歐巴桑
不敢站上體重計量體重，連鏡子也不敢照
透過一位朋友的介紹

由8字頭直落57kg，成功甩肉26.6kg
現在仍然持續瘦，瘦下來以後
每天都活在快樂裡。
