  • 洪玉鳳等議員質疑金華橋的安全性

記者莊漢昌／台南報導

完工年餘但尚未通車的金華橋，最近人行步道全遭挖除重新施工，引發民眾質疑是否工程品質出問題。市議員洪玉鳳、蔡淑惠、陳文科16日前往現場勘查，對耗費數億元興建的橋樑，在當初設計時竟未考量排水設施，咸感不可思議，並擔憂是否整座橋的安全性也無虞？市府工務局則表示，該工程是改善排水問題，並非工程品質有問題。

市議員洪玉鳳表示，耗費3億多經費闢建的金華橋與臨安橋，從98年底動工後，已在去年7月完工，卻因考量新南國小及金城國中還未遷校，為顧及學童安全，並未全面通車，僅開放行人步道及機車通行道，但金華橋兩側的人行步道最近卻全遭挖除，讓當地居民傻眼，質疑該座橋才完工不久，怎麼又挖掉重做，是否工程品質出問題？後續改善的工程經費又是誰買單呢？

蔡淑惠議員說，市府工務局雖解釋金華橋的行人步道重做是排水不良，但該座弧形橋，怎麼可能會是排水不良呢？再者，若因坡度問題，下大雨時雨水往兩側低點排放，規劃設計原本就應考量，何來排水不良？外界已有議論，認為橋樑工程是當初興建時的三合土調配比例出問題，才導致人行步道磚縫滲水，若如此，當初該座橋是如何驗收通過的呢？

陳文科議員指出，金華橋的人行步道刨除重做，現場堆置工程器具與廢棄物，卻未進行交通管制，任由機慢車及行人熙來攘往，若發生交通事故，責任誰負？

【曾伯愷／新北報導】旅居美國多年的謝小姐，因為太懷念台灣紅豆餅味道，剛回國就去買紅豆餅店懷念滋味，買完後卻發現錢包不見，因皮包內有台幣與美金及護照證件，趕緊向轄區三重派出所報案。
 
該派出所警員獲報，隨即幫忙調閱附近監視器，發現謝女結完帳後，錢包卻掉落在紅豆餅店外，剛好被店內一名男子走出拾獲，警擷取男子照片訪查店家，終於尋獲錢包，隨即返還給謝女，經清點後分文未少。謝女還拿出現金要給派出所警員當獎勵，所長陳盈元當面婉拒，表示「這本來就是警察的職責」讓謝女大讚台灣警察真棒。

【大紀元2013年09月16日訊】華語文體驗營（QTeachers Mandarin Camp）2013年活動現正開放報名，活動日期訂於9月24、25日週二、三，共兩天。

華語文體驗營活動年年不同，年年為學童們準備多樣有趣的數位華語文互動式遊戲與豐富的文化活動，如微軟多滑鼠簡報系統設計之遊戲、自製題庫Flash遊戲(結合來自世界各地超級華語文教師們心血結晶)、iPad app、以互動式電子白板、WiiMote電子白板、ipad、Studyfun互動教學系統、搖桿、手寫板、無線滑鼠操控，增添靈活性、挑戰性與趣味性，並將數位融入語文學習等。

今年還精心設計了「西遊記」布袋戲課程（包括基本把玩技巧教授、人物介紹、故事對話演說）、還有童玩製作、手工藝製作、帶動唱、童玩遊戲、趣味競賽等文化活動。希望透過多樣、多元化的(個別、小組與團體)活動，以創新的教學模式，融合傳統與數位教學，寓教於樂，讓學童們在各種互動中輕鬆快樂體驗華語文學習之樂趣，透過玩樂學習華語文和文化。

我朋友從七月開始在一個半公家單位上班 是長輩介紹進去的 不過公司卻跟他說 三個月內試用期所以沒有勞健保 因為也怕他沒有通過試用期 一下加保一下退保 公司很麻煩也有可能會被懷疑 (懷疑的點是什麼，大概也沒人知道) 總之她現在很困擾 我爬過文，也問過其他長輩，知道這件事情並非正常 尤其還出現在半公家機關，實在很荒謬 因此我一直想要幫她打電話到勞工局申訴 但她覺得很擔心會因此丟了工作而希望我緊事緩辦 即使我跟他說 勞工局依法不能透漏舉發者 他也覺得因為公司只有他一個新人，很容易就被發現 想請教我朋友可以怎麼辦，或者我可以怎麼幫她~ 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.32.215
