【綜合報導】美國財經雜誌《富比士》(Forbes)公佈今年度《美國400大富豪》榜，微軟(Microsoft)創辦人比爾蓋茲(Bill Gates)連續20年穩坐美國首富寶座，身家高達720億美元(約台幣2.16兆元)，比去年大增60億美元(約台幣1800億元)，財富已超越了全球首富、墨西哥電訊大亨埃盧(Carlos Slim Helu)。股神巴菲特(Warren Buffett)則以585億美元(約台幣1.74兆元)位居第二位。

本次上榜的400名美國富豪，總身家高達2兆美元(約新台幣60兆元)，是歷年來最高，也較去年的1.7兆美元為多，當中314人的資產都有增加，只有30人減少。《富比士》表示，富豪身家增加，是受惠於美股上升和房市復蘇所賜。

榜上有2名台裔美國人，分別是位居第194名的金斯頓科技董事長杜紀川(John Tu)，身家達40億美元(約台幣1200億元)，與第243名的Garmin總裁高民環，身家達23億美元(約台幣690億元)。

【黃揚明／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺今天要到立法院進行施政方針報告，行政院一早7點30分將江口頭報告送到立法院，報告開頭比照前會期慣例：「王院長、洪副院長、各位委員先進，大家好」，報告還強調他應邀到立院報告，「至感榮幸」。

這份篇幅共18頁的口頭報告中，分「穩健改革，迎接挑戰」、「全力投入，突破現狀」、「扭轉未來，開創新局」等三大綱要。有關10月調整第二階段電價議題，報告只出，調整已較原規劃漲幅還小，目的就是照顧民生及弱勢，希望讓衝擊層面降到最低。

至於兩岸服貿協議，報告指出，兩岸服貿協議有利於帶動周邊國家簽署經濟合作協議，包括台紐經濟合作協定、台星經濟夥伴協議，並為下一階段台灣洽簽「區域全面經濟夥伴關係」（RCEP）及「跨太平洋夥伴協議」（TPP）奠定基礎。江揆還說，他參加10多場座談會，聽到來自業界「最寶貴的聲音」，也深刻感受「開放」與「創新」是台灣經濟成功的關鍵。

報告中還提及，今年8月水患，政院已組治水專案小組檢討過去8年治水執行成效；此外，行政院還提及針對軍中管教制度衍生的人權問題，已成立「軍事冤案申訴委員會」，會主動過濾過去軍事審判中有疑義案件。不過，究竟江揆能否順利上台報告，仍未得而知。

【大紀元2013年09月16日訊】（大紀元記者楊婕美國聖地亞哥報導）9月11日，9/11恐怖襲擊事件十二週年之際，美國加州聖地亞哥民眾舉行紀念活動，悼念將近3000名死難者，並展示重振美國的不屈精神。

12年前的9月11日，恐怖份子劫持了四架美國民航飛機，前三架先後撞向紐約世界貿易中心大樓雙塔和位於弗州阿靈頓的五角大樓，第四架飛機在飛往華盛頓特區後，乘客和機組人員的試圖奪回飛機控制權，最終使飛機墜毀在賓州一郊區。
當天的活動包括在聖地亞哥港灣的希爾頓海灣酒店草坪上展覽，展出了一輛當時在紐約世貿大樓墜毀現場的消防車。

代號為152的這輛紐約消防局的雲梯消防車，在參與9/11救護後數月由於毀損退役。

當時車上參加9/11救護的消防員全部殉職。

從這輛消防車上，人們依稀可見當年世貿大樓塌毀時的悲慘景象。「讓人想哭，非常傷感，」當時在世貿大樓現場的退役消防員費尼奇（Tommy Fenich）對聖地亞哥10頻道電視台說，他並認為，這輛消防車是美國力量的象徵，「它還在，我們還活著，我們走過來了。」

一同展出的還有五角大樓的一塊75磅的石灰石，三個墜毀飛機碎片，和一根變形了的世貿大樓的鋼樑。這些展物都是通過慈善機構收集獲得。

聖地亞哥舉行的紀念活動還包括：在Chula Vista市消防局舉行的敲鐘儀式，緬懷343名殉難的消防員；在聖地亞哥地標巴博亞公園舉行的紀念活動，展出一件重788磅的世貿中心鋼樑；在中途島航空母艦博物館舉行的紀念活動，有直升機飛行和21響禮炮；在Miramar海軍基地舉行的紀念活動，以及在聖地亞哥大學的祈禱大會，和在數所聖地亞哥中小學校舉行的紀念活動等。

退役的紐約消防員Joe Torrillo對聖地亞哥7頻道電視台表示，讓人們記住那天發生了甚麼很重要。

9/11週年前幾天，聖地亞哥非盈利組織「爬樓梯紀念911（The 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb）」還組織了爬樓梯活動，消防員和民眾等通過爬樓梯紀念在12年前的9/11中殉難的343名消防員和救護人員，並籌集善款。有的參與者身著60磅重的消防服，參加在聖地亞哥希爾頓海灣酒店舉行的登110層樓樓梯的活動。

全美國多地在9/11紀念日都舉行類似的爬樓梯活動。
