標題[討論] 求職該考慮升遷嗎？

最近跟同學們也都到了該思考未來的年紀 雖然還在研究所 不過似乎也該開始思考就業了 所以最近時不時會討論 先介紹背景 我跟我同學們都是113.114的電資學院 同學常常討論說哪家公司幾年能升到哪 也常常問人說這家公司大概幾年能升到管理職 不過 升遷不是也蠻重表現的嗎？ 還有平常為人等等 真的會有這種SOP 幾年升什麼 幾年升什麼嗎？ 因為我一直以為升遷是看你表現和與人相處 而且假如以年資來看 卡在前面等著升的應該一卡車吧 想討論一下 求職的時候是否該考慮幾年能升到管理職呢？ 我個人是認為拿到工作就努力做 就會有機會爬上去了 不過我也沒工作過 不清楚 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.252.25.88

　　Digital Taipei 2013 今（16）日於台北國際會議中心盛大舉行，今年超過六十家廠商參展，在會場內不時可以見到一些創意十分獨特、內容非常吸引人的行動遊戲，像是弘煜科技所開發的《永恆星語》行動版本就十分吸引現場人員的目光。

　　《永恆星語》前身是款國產網頁遊戲，但是這次的行動版遊戲其實誠意十足，並不是單純的移植網頁遊戲到手機上，而是針對手機的特性，利用《永恆星語》網頁版的內容重新打造一款卡片風格的戰鬥遊戲。在遊戲中，玩家透過蒐集卡片的方式來募集冒險者，每一個冒險者都有特殊的技能，會隨著等級的提升而習得，冒險者之間的技能也能進行互換，可以說有非常大的自由度。

冒險者之間的技能能夠互相轉換

　　玩家在遊戲中探索區域時會遇到NPC的襲擊而進入戰鬥，而《永恆星語》行動版的戰鬥堪稱一絕，不管敵我雙方都有屬性生剋的設計，弓箭剋制斧頭、斧頭剋制長劍、長劍剋制弓箭，玩家可以透過移動角色指令表的方式來控制角色的先後攻擊順序。在角色指令表中，玩家還可以一次設定四種攻擊方式，決定這時候是要施展普通攻擊還是施展技能，兩大要素的加入，讓原本枯燥乏味的戰鬥添增不少樂趣。

各單位間有屬性生剋的設計

玩家可以直接用拖曳的方式決定角色攻擊的順序與施展技能的順序

　　而取得冒險者的方式，除了透過轉蛋直接取得外，也可以透過育成的方式取得。玩家在轉蛋時其實很容易取得一種黑色的「魔械蛋」，玩家只要能夠拿冒險者的「素材」來餵食這些魔械蛋，孵化成功的魔械蛋就會變成你想要的冒險者囉！

未來玩家會在遊戲中抽到很多這種魔械蛋

餵食他特定冒險者的素材，就可以從這裡獲得冒險者喔！

　　目前《永恆星語》正式上線時間未定，但是官方表示希望在近期就同步推出在 Android 與 iOS 兩大平台上。玩膩了拖來拖去的轉珠與毫無新意的卡片遊戲嗎？各位玩家不妨可以期待一下《永恆星語》的出現。
