美國華盛頓海軍工廠發生重大槍擊案，死亡人數增加到13人，是31年來華府單一事件傷亡最慘重一次，遭到擊斃的兇嫌之一是34歲、來自德州的軍事承包商亞歷克西。

美國華盛頓特區市長葛瑞（Vincent Gray）在記者會上強調，華盛頓海軍工廠（Washington Navy Yard）槍擊案迄今尚無法證實犯案動機，「現階段我們沒有理由懷疑是恐怖主義，當然也沒有排除」。

美國警方表示，亞歷克西（Aaron Alexis）有可能利用前美國海軍士官強斯（Rollie Chance）識別證進入海軍工廠建築物內，聯邦調查員今天已經到過強斯家中了解。

今天上午發生在美國華府東南方的華盛頓海軍工廠( Washington Navy Yard)駭人聽聞槍擊案，為安全考量，國會山莊參議院下午也宣布暫時封鎖大樓，而且由於美國職棒大聯盟國民隊球場鄰近事發現場，國民隊與亞特蘭大勇士隊週二舉行的雙重賽，也宣布延期。

美國首都華盛頓今天發生13人死亡的槍擊案，是1982年發生一架客機墜入波多馬克河，造成78人死亡單一事件以來，死傷最慘重的一次。

我把主機的網路線插在分享器的1上面然後分享器的網路線，插在可使用的網路孔，
一開始可以去192.168.1.1設定
當選項到寬頻類型的時候因我是住學生套房，房東給的網路是即插即可使用不需設定帳密，所以我就沒有選擇pppoExDSL這項，我白痴跑去選固定ip，選完之後就再也不能使用了，請問我該怎麼辦ˊˋ

【綜合報導】身亡的槍手身份證實為現年34歲，來自德州的艾隆艾力克斯(Aaron Alexis)，近來以約聘人員身份進入軍方工作，據美聯社報導指出艾力克斯有過犯罪紀錄，並持有秘密持槍許可證，艾力克斯應是利用他人的許可證進入海軍工廠，但不確定這個他人是否為共犯，或是許可證遭竊。
 
另外，參議院大樓也在槍擊案後，宣布關閉2小時，不允許任何人進出。

大陸房地產融資政策將放寬，有關機構已將房地產投資信託基金（REITs）相關政策放案提交至主管部門，「房地產融資開閘預期強烈」。權威人士指出，該政策有可能伴隨房地產調控長效機制推出。

證券日報報導接近監管層知情人士透露，大陸證監會上周已經正式發函至滬深兩交易所，提出包括房地產業務再融資相關報告的具體申報要求。此舉被外界視為房企再融資正是開閘的潛在信號。

上述知情人士稱，證監會這次發函目的，是要通報兩大交易所，關於再融資涉及房地產業務的信息披露及申報要求，以方便上市公司首次披露再融資方案時，交易所可告知其填報、提交相關報告。

REITs是房地產融資證券化的重要手段。據了解，REITs透過發行收益憑證的方式，匯集多數投資者的資金，再由專門投資機構進行房地產投資經營管理，接著按照投資綜合收益比例分配給投資者的信託基金。雖天津、上海等地自2009年開始準備相關試點動作，但直到目前為止，主管部門皆未有明確表態。

2010年大陸證監會表示將暫停涉及土地閒置及違規的公司IPO和A股發行，3月，大陸國務院頒發「關於繼續做好房地產市場調控工作的通知」，重申證監會暫停批准存在閒置土地和炒地、哄抬房價等違法違規行為房企進行再融資或重大資產重組的態度。

房企再融資再冰封3年後，是否即將重新開閘？業內人士分析，一方面要考慮目前房地產調控基調，又要回歸金融市場規律，要找到平衡並不容易，「再融資開閘情況相對複雜」。

不過仍有多位專家抱持樂觀情緒，一名資深專家說，恢復部分房企的再融資功能，與中央政府提出「促進房地產市場平穩健康發展」的基調一致。專家稱，目前多家上市房企公布融資計畫，就是表明上市房企已捕捉到某種信號。

全國工商聯房地產商會前會長聶梅也表示，在房地產調控長效機制醞釀過程中，相關直接融資政策會越來越清楚。

目前房地產調控長效機制還在醞釀中，中國證券報報導業內人士推測，長效機制可能強化房地產再融資往市場化方向發展，包括促進房地產融資多元化和規範化，以放鬆行政管制和限制。
