【蔡明樺／台北報導】美國食品藥物管理局日前禁止「ketoconazole」作為治療汗斑、香港腳等黴菌感染的第1線用藥，避免引起肝臟移植、肝病和腎上腺異常患者的致命損傷。衛福部食品藥物管理署表示，國內目前核發含ketoconazole成分的口服藥證有9張，初估每年約20萬人用藥，但醫界過去就了解ketoconazole成分藥物可能傷乾腎，日前該署再次發函給各醫療院所及皮膚科、家醫科、內科等3大醫學會，提醒醫師謹慎用藥。

皮膚科醫師趙昭明指，ketoconazole類藥物上市已久，常用於治療股癬、汗斑、灰指甲、香港腳等黴菌感染的皮膚病，美國FDA禁止ketoconazole類藥物作為黴菌感染第一線用藥是針對口服劑型，建議B型、C型肝炎帶原者或肝功能異常患者就醫時，應主動告知醫師。

【綜合報導】中國山東省濰坊發生一起恐怖性侵後分屍殺人案。品學兼優的15歲高中少女小敏，上月中放學後無故失踪，家人隨即報警。警方事後偵查逮捕嫌犯，發現對方竟是小敏的初中老師。

嫌犯當天騙走小敏後，帶到學校的校舍教室內性侵得逞，再用枕頭悶死小敏。但這樣還不夠，竟繼續將小敏肢解，還打碎她的頭顱，並放入大鍋裏烹煮，最後將殘肢棄置多個不同地方，破案後家人花了好多天才能找回小敏屍體。

屏東縣政府觀光傳播處打算推動東港進德大橋光雕計畫，除了帶動東港當地觀光旅遊人潮，也希望藉此開闢周邊更多觀光景點，讓效益加乘，促使腹地大、可塑性強的鹽埔漁港成為重點發展區。

觀傳處人員及鹽埔漁港所在地的新園鄉公所人員，今天前往會勘，希望提出地方發展計畫，向中央政府機關申請經費作建設。

觀傳處觀光發展科長黃國維表示，東港每年湧入50萬的觀光人次，而東港、新園地理上屬於兄弟鄉鎮，關係密不可分，因此希望能串連周邊景點，讓遊客能作更長時間的停留，而鹽埔漁港極具觀光潛力，未來規劃將東港漁港、小琉球、鹽埔漁港形成「黃金鐵三角」，全力拚觀光。因此，觀傳處也適時向中央單位爭取經費，進行觀光亮點建設，也希望地方政府能夠全力配合。

【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨主席蘇貞昌日前提出彈劾總統馬英九訴求，罷免、倒閣也都列為選項。不過他今天參與民進黨立院黨團會議聽取黨籍立委意見後受訪表示，釋憲、彈劾、罷免等憲政作為，「應該都可以做，但什麼樣子、什麼時間，都由黨團審時度勢，來進行相關作為。」

蘇貞昌強調，除了上述憲政作為，此外包括要求檢察總長黃世銘應接受調查、廢特偵組等都會列入考慮。民進黨做為台灣領導、人民守護角色，相關民生法案都會積極進行。不過他並未參與黨團討論有關明天開議日攻防策略討論，便提前離開。
