| 本土漫畫「摺紙戰士W」推3D動畫

〔自由時報記者陳炳宏／台北報導〕別再嫌韓國版摺紙戰士動畫改得四不像了，國內知名漫畫家周顯宗老師原創的《摺紙戰士》系列漫畫，確定要推出原汁原味的３Ｄ動畫版，昨天在「台北國際數位內容交流會（Digital Taipei） 」上首度曝光一分鐘宣傳片，新的系列為《摺紙戰士Ｗ》，周顯宗還透露主角也叫做「王志哲」，將扮演雷霆辰龍角色。
《摺紙戰士》系列漫畫從一九九五年在青文出版社的漫畫雜誌上連載，授權到韓國、中國、香港、新加坡等地，亞洲銷售量累計已超過一千萬冊，最大特色是每一部單行本漫畫中，都有四到五款真正可以完成的摺紙，其中還有一款摺紙教學會在內容完整呈現。
與台日中電視台洽談版權
周顯宗說，這次的Ｗ是「WORLD」的意思，除了傳承第一代的設定之外，也描繪對地球世界的看法。他說，第一代的主角個性比較像自己，《摺紙戰士Ｗ》則以自己讀高一的兒子為藍本，想要畫出現代年輕人耍帥、自我觀念強、家庭觀念較薄弱且愛把妹的特質。正式的動畫會在二○一五年登場，目前已經有台、日、中三地電視台正在洽談版權中。

雲林縣元長雜糧生產合作社日成立，縣長蘇治芬、前代理縣長李進勇、農業處長張世忠、元長鄉長李泗濱、台西鄉長李培元、雲林肉品市場公司董事長蔡明水及各級民意代表等多人親臨道賀。蘇縣長表示，元長雜糧生產合作社集合農民力量，生產花生及黑芝麻等雜糧，行銷安全農業品牌，創造利潤，增加農戶收入。
前代理縣長李進勇表示，台灣農業生產以小農為主，未達經濟規，加上肥料、農藥及運輸成本提高後，農民收入相當微薄，透過生產合作社機制後，將小農集合一起，發揮規模經濟效益，讓農民辛苦與收入成正比，幫助改善生計。
合作社理事主席吳松池說，日據時代，祖父吳自在成立百年老店永茂油廠，製造花生油，後來父親吳東海老成立永茂農產加工廠，製造花生油及黑麻油，受到廣大消費者喜好，現今為推廣黑芝麻雜糧生產，找到合志同道合農友，成立雜糧生產合作社，專研雜糧種植技術，提升社員收入。
成立大會由籌備委員吳松池、吳松永、吳松彬、吳勳昌、余春貝、林素靜、余啟修、吳定恭等人發起成立，目前有三十位社員，雜糧生產面積三十四公頃，種植黑芝麻為主。書法大師蕭季慧博士為慶賀雜糧生產合作社成立，在現場揮毫結緣，雙手各持大毛筆揮毫，相當吸睛，吸引眾人駐足觀賞。

去年我請A君幫我製作模型,雙方簽了承攬合約書,
我也付了定金
但是合約書上沒有寫明交件的日期
後來A君因為因病一直沒有完成我要的模型
每次找他都在推萎
已拖了一年多,我想和他解約退款
若A君不還我錢,可否告他詐欺？
我只有承攬合約書上付定金的證據與存褶提款的名細
我只有A君的名字,手機號碼與身份證字號
要如何走法律程序控告他詐欺?

老家在屏東縣高樹鄉菜寮村的廖振珽，日前參加在卡達舉行的第19屆亞洲青少年桌球錦標賽18歲組雙打比賽，台灣摘下史上第1面金牌，縣長曹啟鴻17日下午嘉勉廖振珽選手繼續為國為屏東縣爭光。
廖振珽由父母廖康世、羅秀珠陪同和曹縣長見面。廖康世在中鋼工作，廖振珽就讀高雄福誠高中，曹縣長送教育處準備的獎金，還加碼給紅包，曹縣長表示，振珽已將戶籍遷回屏東，下個月要代表屏東縣參加全國運動會，為屏東爭光。
屏東縣體育會桌球委員會總幹事楊清鶴也致贈紅包，楊清鶴表示，屏東有很多傑出的桌球選手，希望從國中開始就有重點學校培育。廖振珽說，他的座右銘是：成功沒有捷徑，唯有反覆練習再練習。目前他在世界18歲組的桌球排名是15。
廖振珽表示，世界盃雙打冠軍陳建安是他學習的對象和目標，假日常回屏東的桌球俱樂部打球，今年會披上屏東戰袍參加全運會，將全力以赴爭取最佳成績。
廖振珽與苗栗縣籍選手溫淯傑，參加8月31日至9月4日在卡達舉行的亞洲青少年桌球錦標賽18歲組，首次搭檔即摘下金牌。
廖振珽今年代表國家參加了多項國際賽，表現相當優異，2013義大利青少年公開賽18歲雙打冠軍、2013台北青少年公開賽18歲雙打冠軍及單打亞軍、2013瑞典青少年公開賽18歲雙打季軍及單打季軍、2013波蘭青少年公開賽18歲雙打季軍，9月3日參加2013年亞洲青少年錦標賽，在18歲組雙打比賽中，打敗世界冠軍隊中國大陸及強敵南韓隊，榮獲台灣桌球史上在亞洲青少年錦標賽雙打第1面金牌。

【丁牧群／台北報導】陳姓人妻前年3月與一名男子，在中正紀念堂國家音樂廳地下室停車場，躲在車上脫光光偷情，被陳女丈夫吳男捉個正著，吳男氣得47天後腦中風，怒告妻子與情夫通姦並向妻子求償。
當時車上雖有保險套及衛生紙，但沒採到精液，檢方認定通姦證據不足，將兩人不起訴。民事部分，高等法院認定陳女與情夫在車上衣衫不整，顯有親暱行為，雖欠缺通姦具體事證，仍足以使丈夫精神飽受創傷及煎熬，今判決陳女須賠丈夫50萬元。可上訴。陳女與丈夫日前已離婚。
