【蔣永佑／台北報導】北市一名27歲楊姓男子因不堪獨力照顧顫懷孕時罹患腦炎、生產後又患癲癇的病妻與1歲多幼女，心力交瘁，去年7月2日下午，因女兒哭鬧不休，楊男一時情緒失控，竟將女兒往地上軟墊摔去，女兒送醫急救18天後仍不治，楊妻氣得搬回娘家並提告。

士林地院認為楊男並無殺害女兒犯意且已自首，且榮總精神科鑑定報告則指出，楊男是因沈重生活壓力產生精神障礙而犯下大錯，法官因此依家暴傷害致死罪判楊男2年徒刑，緩刑4年，緩刑期間需交付保護管束，前往檢方指定醫療機構接受治療。

【大紀元2013年09月17日訊】（大紀元記者安妮澳洲悉尼編譯報導）澳洲環境健康專家奈度教授（Ravi Naidu）近日透露，在澳洲有近16萬有毒污染地點，其主要集中在礦山和舊的鐵路沿線。而對處理有毒灰塵或滲入地下水的污染物，解決方案很有限。奈度告誡人們應該遠離舊鐵路線，那裏被含有砷的除草劑和殺蟲劑污染。

據澳新社消息，奈度是總部在南澳的CRC CARE研究發展公司的常務董事。9月15日至18日，該公司主辦了在墨爾本舉行的2013年環境清潔會議，來自世界40個國家的150名代表參加了本次會議。

會議旨在尋求對全球污染土地的有效解決方案。代表們討論了全球污染及其對健康、經濟和生態系統的影響。討論議題包括全球日益增長的電子垃圾，以及污染對孩子們的毒害等。

奈度表示，在澳洲，大部份有毒的地點在城市，但周圍居住的人們通常沒有意識到。澳洲的鉛和砷毒是嚴重問題，這是因為過去採礦業所致。電子垃圾也是一個問題, 因為在相應的法律法規制定之前，它靠填埋處理。他說：「許多老垃圾填埋場，填埋電子廢物，但沒有適當的保護措施，因此污染物從電子垃圾中滲出，地下水也被污染。」

而對孩子們來說，最大的問題是是空氣中的有毒物質，如家用地毯。但如果孩子生活在礦區附近，接觸鉛塵的危險就更大。

奈度說，政府和行業需要做更多改進。他呼籲：「澳洲人要意識到空氣中危險的有毒物質，意識到舊鐵軌附近污染物的存在。讓孩子們遠離那裏，這些地方並不總是被隔離起來。我們應該改進礦業生產工藝，使其不產生過多的灰塵。我們應該關注有這麼多潛在的污染場地，而恢復的步伐是非常慢的。」

總體來說 目前市面上來說
當然有很多競爭對手有更複雜的電子輔助系統 或是更便宜的售價的產品
但是如果以整個產品線來說 我覺得LUXGEN U7 Turbo的整體性是相當平衡的
沒有複雜的電子系統避免了日後高貴的維修成本(網路上有很多案例)
造型與質感又可以直追進口車系
但是卻有著完善在地化的維修保養體系不用擔心待料問題
成熟的產品妥善率與合理的CP質對於真正聰明的車主來說
我想選擇是很清楚的

記者莊漢昌／台南報導

9月15日午後突來的一場暴雨，造成台南市北區大興街174巷、文賢路833巷一帶淹水，民眾認為先前施作的污水工程惹禍。市議員陳怡珍緊急邀請市政府水利局會勘，將針對水溝淤積情形以及附近排水系統進行檢討，希望能徹底改善淹水現象，讓民眾脫離淹水夢魘。

市議員陳怡珍表示，9月15日這場大雨的時間雖然不長，但因為急速灌下大量雨水，排水系統無法負荷，加上污水工程紕漏，汙水管與水溝銜接有問題，導致雨水從浴室、廁所水管倒流而出，屋外的排水溝更是滿溢，差點淹進屋內。

經由陳怡珍緊急會同市府水利局人員前往會勘後，水利局允諾會將排水系統設置周全，好讓市民脫離淹水夢魘。
