美保版的各位，你們好，這是是小妹我的首PO。 如果PO文處，有不恰當的地方，請告知小妹，我再自刪。謝謝。 文長，謝謝您的閱讀和指教。 《原因》→因為工作的關係，所以下午13:30到14:30一定要在戶外曬太陽。 儘管在13:00， 一定會在手臂、脖子、後頸部，塗上肌研防曬凝露(SPF50、PA++++) 而臉上在出門上班前， 臉妝是 媚比琳BB霜(白瓶身) SPF50、PA+++ 香奈兒美白防曬粉餅 SPF26 但到了13:00時，會在臉上塗上少許的肌研防曬凝露，而後再撲上粉餅。 工作時，也有戴帽子，但是高雄的太陽下真的很毒辣。 每次14:30回到辦公室，每每臉部都黑得亂七八糟。 同事還會說我看起來髒髒的。就是立馬黑了一圈的樣子。 《問題1》→我想請問會看起來黑黑髒髒的，這是高雄太陽太烈的緣故嗎? 我現在能想到的方式， 是回到辦公室後，用濕紙巾擦拭臉部一番，重新上BB霜+美白粉餅補妝。 這樣會對肌膚造成負擔嗎? 還是說在時間允許之下， 我卸妝後，塗上蘆薈凝露冰敷一下，然後再洗掉，上嘉美豔容露。 之後再重新上妝呢? 《問題2》→我現在使用的是水之印組合包 但是在家卸完妝，洗完臉，上化妝水時，總感覺有屑屑。 當時以為是角質層，但是我都有每星期固定去角質2-3次。 就連沒上妝的日子，上化妝水也會有屑屑。這是正常的嗎? 《問題3》→關於美白的保養品，大家會推薦的是? 爬了版上的文章，大家對於美白的保養品都各有喜好。 1.Dr.Wu VC微導系列(化妝水、精華液、乳液)組合包 →用過，但是沒白 2.水之印藍瓶(化妝水、乳液)組合包 →目前在使用，也購買了第二包。還在實驗中 3.專科美白化妝水 →濕敷，但是還沒看出顯著的效果。 因為經濟上的關係，沒辦法買到醫美級高價位的... 就連香奈兒美白粉餅也是一年才購買一次。(真的很省著用) 因此請版上的姐妹們， 推薦必須在烈日下工作的小妹我，不再曬後看起來黑黑髒髒的美白保養品。 感謝大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.142.60.35

【辛啟松／台南報導】台南國賓影城舉辦的第3屆光芒影展昨晚登場，開幕片《對面的女孩殺過來》全台搶先首映，導演謝駿毅及大陸籍女主角黃璐也專程南下，與現場民眾面對面座談，觀眾對於這部兩岸男女愛情喜劇，都非常有興趣。
 
第3屆光芒影展開幕片，特別選了下周五才正式上映的國片《對面的女孩殺過來》，這部愛情喜劇主要描述一名北京嗆辣女孩遇上一名台灣賤嘴男孩，這對歡喜冤家總是你來我往、互不相讓，卻漸漸擦出愛戀的火花。觀眾看完這齣電影，都覺得很爆笑，也從中瞭解兩岸文化、生活習慣差異的趣事。
 
除了《對面的女孩殺過來》外，光芒影展從即日起到10月10日，共精選了21部各國影片，放映的電影包括《噢！柏林男孩》、《我的性愛六堂課》、《愛的佔有慾》、《為老婆唱首歌》、《放浪青春》、《琳老師卡好》等，國賓影城行銷專員程仕吉說，這次限量開賣的預售套票全數售完，前天事先開放影展電影劃位，更出現大排長龍的景象，可見台南有許多喜愛非主流商業騙的觀眾。

天兔颱風將減弱為中度颱風西行，關島附近海面新形成颱風「帕布」則往日本方向前進，預計明(22)日早上解除陸上颱風警報。此外，台東縣大武鄉、金峰鄉、達仁鄉、蘭嶼鄉等4鄉鎮宣布明天停止上班上課。

據氣象局資料顯示，天兔颱風目前中心在鵝鑾鼻西南方海面，向西北西轉西移動，暴風圈仍籠罩恆春半島、臺灣東部、東南部及中南部陸地，各地風雨持續中。天兔颱風在21日下午5時30分強度減弱為中度颱風，最快明天清晨到上午將解除陸上警報。

據行政院人事行政總處網頁宣布，台東縣明天正常上班上課，蘭嶼鄉、大武鄉、金峰鄉、達仁鄉已達停止上班及上課標準，明日停班停課。稍早金門縣已宣布今天晚上停止上班上課。

受強颱天兔影響，台9線南迴公路部分路段出現土石流，造成道路封閉。公路總局表示，台東香蘭路段至屏東新路段多處坍方及土石流雖已搶通，但仍先行預警性封閉，預計明天早上點開放。

其實任有暗瘡自生自滅和用手擠都系錯誤ge做法，如果你用手擠，可能會擠爆毛孔，留下疤痕。正確ge做法系選擇合適ge暗瘡膏，如果五見效，最好咨詢下醫生。

黑頭啦！白頭同黑頭其實都屬於粉刺，即暗瘡啦。不過白頭同黑頭系未發炎的暗瘡。黑頭系由於毛囊口還未完全被塞住，在毛囊中的皮脂及細菌接觸到空氣，受氧化而形成的；白頭系因為毛囊口被完全塞住，無法被氧化，所以就呈現白色。

除左避孕藥，仲有避孕針呢樣野，但始終都系五好，因為呢d藥可能系一時或者一定程度上減輕暗瘡症狀，但系長久來睇，對人體的健康系非常不利ge。

避孕藥（針）中所含的雌性激素確實可以起到抑制雄性激素分泌、壓制暗瘡生長的作用。但呢種作用是暫時的，只要一停止用藥，暗瘡又會復發。即系話你必須長期服用避孕藥先能夠抑制暗瘡。如果你系正處於青春期的女仔，生理機能發育尚未完全，長期服用避孕藥，生理週期就會被擾亂，導致月經不調，月經週期延長，嚴重的還會導致日後的不孕不育。後果好嚴重啊！！要考慮清楚，五好人吃我又吃，最尾吃出個大頭佛就敗啦！！！
