【陳如嬌／台北報導】國泰和港龍航空宣布，由於颱風天兔逐漸遠離香港，今天中午12時起，在天氣情況許可及在安全情況下，將逐漸恢復航班服務。不過，今天的航班服務仍有可能受天氣惡劣及運作限制而延遲或影響，對此不便希望乘客能諒解。

國泰和港龍航空呼籲，乘客若未有確認機位，或預定的航班已經取消，請勿前往台灣或香港國際機場，因為在登記櫃位要獲得確認候補機位的機會微乎其微。

「一個人生於一個無力抵抗的大環境之下，究竟該如何自處？」

面對習以為常的生活環境，我們是否容易忽略那些與我們息息相關的課題？

中國藝術家劉勃麟透過一張張看似美麗風景的照片，隱隱呈現了社會中無聲的抗議問題，許多的憤怒，是我們不可言喻的！

山東藝術學院畢業的劉勃麟，在創作「城市迷彩」攝影作品以前，一直是從事創作的當代藝術家。2005年劉勃麟所在的索家村國際藝術營遭受到政府強行拆除，頓時失去創作空間的他，在面對龐大政府控制的無奈與壓力下，沒有選擇頑強地積極抵抗，也沒有妥協地自尋後路，劉勃麟將他的憤怒和抗議轉移到作品的創作上，無聲卻頑固地，試圖引起人們對藝術家生存狀態以及藝術創作自由的關注。

這件作品的名稱為「方便麵」。2012年8月，中國超市裡各大知名桶裝速食麵品牌的外包裝裡，發現了有害的螢光粉，螢光物質不像一般化學成分那樣容易被分解，其會在人體內累積，削減人體免疫力，危害人類健康，甚至引發癌症病變。劉勃麟將整個超商的速食麵架，原封不動的場景搬到工作室，而他的任務就是站在畫面的中央，盡量站著不動地配合助手，將他身體後面擋住的顏色和形狀，在他的身體前面畫出來。
