創業人口逐年增加，青年創業貸款扮演角色日愈重要，此政府補助的融資貸款年利率僅1.9%左右，包含台銀、合庫、台北富邦、玉山等12家銀行承作，但各家貸款額度、年費用利率和還款期限各有差異，有意申請創業貸款的民眾，必須多方比較。

根據中小企業處調查，2013年1到5月的青年創業融資總金額超過新台幣8.7億元，獲貸人數1,114人。以合作金庫而言，年齡在20歲以上、45歲以下，具有工作經驗，或受過經政府認可之培訓單位相關訓練者，每人每次最高可貸款新台幣400萬元，無擔保者最高可貸100萬元，總費用年利率1.98%，有擔保人最高貸款期限可達十年。

玉山銀行的青年創業啟動金專案，申請人若為銀行認可的優先核貸對象，貸款額度最高為200萬元，現行貸款利率為1.95%，貸款期限最長可達六年。

然而，若想要中年創業，卻早已超過可申請青年創業貸款的年齡限制，部分銀行也推出微型創業貸款，協助中高齡創業者取得創業資金。申請資格凡年滿45歲以上、65歲以下，創立經營的微型企業登記設立不滿一年，都可以申請。

【綜合報導】有民眾去年花百萬元向福斯（Volkswagen）新竹經銷商揚昌汽車購入一部全新轎車，今年6月間回原廠加裝配備時，才發現該車在交車前曾因車內進水維修，經銷商竟未告知。

林先生氣憤地說，去年4月以106萬元向揚昌汽車購買一輛Golf 1.4 TSI，不料今年6月回原廠安裝倒車顯影系統，技師檢視維修紀錄後，竟詢問他是否曾拆裝地毯、車子有沒有進水過，令他感到十分納悶。於是要求調閱車輛維修履歷表，驚見去年3月13日他交車前有一筆維修紀錄，是進行吸音棉及前座地毯拆裝、吹乾，及左前防火牆鈑件漏水修補的項目，但交車前後沒人告知此事，痛斥業者：「根本是故意隱瞞！」福斯汽車台灣區總代理太古標達汽車解釋，疑是船運過程中膠條沒密封完全才導致進水，願提供4次免費維修補償。但當事人已對業者失去信心，更質疑此為泡水車，憤而求償30萬元。
