【突發中心／台北報導】網路youtube上有一段行車紀錄器的影片：內湖行善行愛路口車禍翻車，PO網的當事人表示，行經台北市內湖區的行愛路與行善路口，當時還邊唱歌邊開車，沒想到前方就發生了車禍，車主慶幸還好有安全島擋住，否則違規迴轉的轎車就會直接衝撞當事人的車輛，真是不幸中的大幸。

我的皮膚狀況是混合肌 容易長痘痘粉刺（最近因為懷孕狂長） 之前都是用資生堂的優白粉餅OC20 遮暇力夠又不易脫妝 但已經放了約兩年都 想請問這樣還能用嗎？ 主要是這禮拜要出席重要場合 想帶點妝讓氣色好一點！ 不然平常很少化妝 加上目前懷孕中 應該之後兩年內也很少機會 如果去買專櫃的感覺有點浪費 可能會放到壞掉！ 所以想請大家幫我推薦開架遮暇力好又保濕的粉餅 話說昨天拿我之前的優白來試擦看看 不知是放太久還是膚質改變 居然上不太上去= = 所以想說還是買塊開架的預備著用比較保險 謝謝大家！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.210.39.11

【綜合報導】今年5月9日，台灣漁船廣大興28號，遭菲律賓公務船上的海岸警衛隊人員槍擊，65歲的船員洪石成中彈身亡，9月30日菲律賓司法部召開聽證會，10名涉案遭菲國家調查局建議起訴的海岸警衛隊隊員到場，向檢察官小組提交聯合辯護詞。他們辯稱，沒有證據表明菲海岸警衛隊對台灣漁民洪石成之死負有責任。遭起訴的指揮官德拉克魯茲（Arnold Dela Cruz）在初步調查時堅稱，他與手下人員無意殺害4名台灣漁民中任何人，這些漁民據稱入侵菲律賓海域盜捕。

菲律賓司法部表示已經完成初步調查，根據法律程序，在涉案各方送交所有證物與證詞之後，特別檢察官小組將有60天的時間，決定是否起訴涉案海岸防衛隊人員。據稱，菲國家調查局已表態，不會對菲海岸警衛隊的辯護詞作出任何回應，預料將在60天內，決定是否向法院起訴涉案菲國海岸防衛隊人員。
