| 若天氣條件良好 印度棉花產量可望創新高

 印度《商業標準報》（Business Standard）報導，10月1日開始的2013-14棉季，印度棉花產量預估將超過3,700萬包（1包=170公斤），如果天氣條件持續良好的話，產量更有可能達到創新高的4,000萬包水平。印度棉花聯合會副總裁K N Vishwanathan表示，受到雨水充足有利提高單產的影響，新年度棉花產量可望超過3,700萬包，高於上年度3,470萬包的產量。
印度主要的各個棉花產地當中，古吉拉特邦預估產量為1,350萬包，馬哈拉斯特拉邦產量預估為850萬包，安得拉邦產量預估為700萬包，卡納塔克邦產量預估為150萬包，中央邦產量預估為180萬包，北方邦產量預估為550萬包，泰米爾納德邦產量預估為800萬包，其他地區產量預估為130萬包。
印度紡織部長KS Rao本週表示，2013-14棉季，印度的棉花產量估計達到3,700萬包，其中有2,850萬包用來滿足國內的需求，剩下的850萬包將出口。2012-13棉季，印度的棉花產量估計為3,400萬包，國內的消費量達到2,600萬包，出口1,000萬包。印度棉花咨詢局則還沒有宣佈對2013-14棉季印度棉花產量的估計。
印度是世界第二大棉花生產國和出口國，良好的天氣條件--特別是在棉花種植州，以及棉花種植面積的增長，是棉花產量預期增加的主要因素。根據印度棉花咨商局的數據，2012/13年度印度棉花種植面積較上年度的1,218萬公頃下滑至1,177萬公頃，棉花產量則年減7%至3,300萬包。

金管會主委曾銘宗今（2）日下午到國民黨中常會提出專案報告，對於爭議不斷的服貿協議，曾銘宗表示，陸方承諾對台開放的內容，將有助台灣業者大陸市場的佈局及經營；馬英九總統則表示，兩岸服貿協議為台灣金融業爭取到不錯的條件，能讓更多的金融業到大陸發展、開疆闢土，並且回饋台灣。
金管會主委曾銘宗今在國民黨中常會上提出「金融監理與發展策略」專題報告，在談到服貿協議時表示，陸方承諾對台開放的保險業（1項）、銀行業（6項）及證券業（8項）等15項內容，台灣所獲得的「利」將遠大於所付出的部分，希望立法院能盡快通過，讓金融業在開拓大陸市場有更大的發展空間。
在聽完報告後，馬總統表示，國內這幾年銀行的規模、獲利率等各項指標都相當不錯，這次的服貿協議，更為金融界爭取到不錯的條件，讓更多的金融業能夠到大陸去發展，並且能夠回饋台灣。

ASUS K42JP 筆電 win7 x64 昨天用來做作業都沒甚麼異狀，今天早上突然開不起來 狀況是： 按了電源，電源燈亮了 完全沒螢幕（沒亮） 風散會轉 自己的測試： 1.拔掉電池，只接電源線開機 2.只用電池開機 3.電池和電源線皆拔除，按住電源鍵15秒以上進行放電 4.電池和電源線皆拔除，放了一個早上完全放電 皆一樣狀況無法開機... 也拆了主機板上的兩片記憶體，用橡皮擦清潔 也做了一些測試 1.兩插槽中選一插槽，插入其中一片記憶體 狀況也一樣 2.都不插記憶體 狀況一樣，但過一陣子會自己關機然後再開機(循環) 似乎是在讀記憶體 請問版上大大有解嗎QQ 補充：關機只要"按一下"電源按鈕就會直接關機，不用"長按" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.205.97.25 ※ 編輯: AZHI 來自: 123.205.97.25 (10/02 13:06)
