標題 [請益] 請問藥用的定義

昨天購入 肌研藥用美白防曬 目前剛用一兩天，除了不會泛油光我很滿意之外，對肌膚是否有其他影響仍在觀察中。 我姐聽到它是“藥用”後就說藥用的會傷皮膚叫我不要用， 但我其實有點存疑，那如果是在藥局買到的保養品難道也都傷皮膚？ 所以我上網查成份，滿多都是常見成份。 我想請教大家的是，“藥用”的定義是什麼？ 真的有“藥用”傷皮膚一說嗎？ 先感謝大家幫忙解答 p.s.手機排版亂亂的請見諒 -- Sent from my Android --

立法院今（1）日上午對行政院長江宜樺能否上台施政報告未達成共識，立法院長王金平宣布繼續協商，並請閣員先離席，視朝野立委協商共識後再列席。
由於立法院朝野黨團協商仍未能達成共識，行政院長江宜樺依然無法上台做施政報告並備詢。王金平在上午11時宣布院會繼續休息、協商，並請江宜樺及各部會首長先行離席，等到協商達成共識後，再列席報告。
台聯黨團總召許忠信表示，在野黨要求江宜樺必須對監聽國會的事件道歉，至於道歉的方式可以再討論，朝野幹部將於下午3時繼續協商。
民進黨團幹事長高志鵬明確指出，江宜樺今天上台的機率「等於零」。

女子酒駕撞超商 車頭變形撞凹大門

彰化縣伸港鄉一名柯姓女子駕駛休旅車，行經伸東國小時因閃車失控而撞上路旁超商，將超商大門撞凹，所幸無人傷亡，警方趕到現場幫柯女酒測，發現酒測值超標，已著手釐清車禍原因。
根據中央社報導，柯女駕駛的休旅車疑似要閃車而撞上便利超商，力道強大得將超商大門撞凹，玻璃碎落一地，休旅車的車頭也損毀變形，連安全氣囊都爆開，可見其撞擊強度之大。
彰化縣議員賴清美目擊整件車禍過程，她說，車禍發生前，看到休旅車沒有減速就撞進便利超商，碰的一聲把大家都嚇壞了，超商裡的客人也紛紛逃出來，場面混亂，路人見狀則幫忙將柯女送醫急救。
警方接獲報案趕往現場，為釐清意外發生經過，調閱路口及超商內的錄影監視器畫面，另通知柯女到案，柯女卻一直以就醫為由推託，直到下午才到案，警方幫柯女酒測，發現酒測值超標，著手訊問及釐清車禍發生原因。

"喔~晃湖回到摟嬰兒孰的懷抱~"......那種Fu 黑糖珍珠很彈牙有嚼勁！不會軟趴趴噁爛 搭著林鳳營家的牛奶真是棒 不過第二回改點了奶綠，覺得他們家的綠茶不搭 所以之後還是繼續點著招牌黑糖Q奶 but建議老闆店面弄的明亮一點 感覺店門口有點暗呢.. 推薦大家可以去喝看看呦!冰熱都有~ -- 我是夜間出沒的食記怪= = 小心被我咬......

我剛生產完正在找有送到服上試吃的彌月蛋糕，上網查的都是要傳真的，由於我人在高雄這胎是第一胎所以對於彌月蛋糕的資訊不是很多
