【綜合報導】英國《泰晤士高等教育專刊》公布2013-14世界大學排行榜，榜首為美國加州理工學院，第2到第5名依序是，美國哈佛大學、英國牛津大學、美國史丹佛大學以及美國麻省理工學院。前10名大學中，有7所都是美國學校。

亞洲方面，前2百大大學中，台灣僅有台大入榜，排名第142，去年排名134，退後8個名次，日本在前200大中，佔有5個席位是亞洲之冠，全球排名23的東京大學，是亞洲第一，新加坡國立大學全球排名26，則是亞洲第二，全球排名43的香港大學，則是亞洲第三，南韓的大學則佔了4個席位，首爾大學全球排名44，是第一次進入前50名，為亞洲第四，中國北京大學全球排名第45，為亞洲第五。

這項排名是根據13項考評指數，包括研究經費、聲譽調查、師生比例、博士學位人數、論文引用影響、留學生比例等。

我開我的車子時...自排狀態下理所當然踩油門就好...處於D檔狀態

很少碰到3~2~L的排檔今天突然想到一件事不解

就是...可能這樣問會有點蠢....

我知道手排車換檔時須放油門接著踩離合器進行換檔

換檔完畢後油門慢慢踩~離合器便可慢慢放掉...

但是如果以我的車來講...我要是從L~2~3的狀態下起步

L檔轉速高時我需要放油門在瞬間換檔嗎?還是油門踩著直接手動換檔??

無解的是放油們跟不放油門換檔有關西嗎??
