為了在時限內摧毀敘利亞政府的化武，聯合國派遣的化武小組1日已進入大馬士革，並將儘快展開行動，以確保任務在期限內完成。化武小組首先將廢除敘利亞製造化武的能力，而後在明年中前運送或集中摧毀敘國存放的化學武器。無論時間或安全條件都不利於化武小組，行動能否順利完成，仍有待密切觀察。

美國、俄羅斯達成敘利亞化武協議後，敘利亞也隨即交出化武清單。為了在緊急的時限內完成化武清除任務，「國際禁止化學武器組織」也已儘快派出化武調查小組。該組織官員29日向《法新社》表示，「事到如今，我們再也無法對敘國政府的資訊提出任何質疑。」

《BBC》報導指出，化武檢查小組在貝魯特停留一晚後，隨即於1日穿過邊界進入敘利亞，抵達大馬士革後將先會見敘國外長，再進行儲存地查證與後續評估。部分化武檢查人員首先將確認敘利亞政府的化武種類與儲存地點，其他人員則依據化學製品或武器的明細，前往各個儲存地點；預計一週內將有第二組人馬抵達，而後再分別前往各儲存地點。

根據美、俄協議，化武小組的首要任務是在11月前廢除敘國政府製造化武的能力，其中包括銷毀混合、製作化武的器具及相關載具；而後在2014年年中前，摧毀所有化武。

由於敘利亞政府握有沙林、芥子毒氣、糜爛性毒劑，以及其他許多遭到國際禁止的化學武器，數量總計估計超過1000公噸。無論是在安全狀態下將化武運出敘利亞並加以銷毀，或集中後在境內統一銷毀，數量大、時間緊、境內衝突等因素都讓行動阻礙重重。

敘利亞外長阿勒姆說，政府公布的19個儲存地中有7個位於交戰區域。雖然敘利亞全國聯盟（Syria National Coalition）發言人表示，自由敘利亞軍（FSA）將確保化武小組的安危，並保障其能順利進入任何區域，但其他組織卻未必會照做。

據了解，敘利亞化武銷毀行動是國際禁化武小組成立至今，最嚴厲的考驗，不僅要與時間賽跑，更是第一次被要求在戰爭進行中執行化武銷毀行動。雖然任務困難，危險性又高，位於海牙的總部仍表示，調查小組將盡一切努力，在11月1日前廢除敘利亞製造化武的能力，達成第一個階段的目標。

【賴又嘉／台北報導】北檢偵辦基因國際內線交易案，認定基因董座徐洵平等5人，在胖達人虧損消息曝光前出脫持股，規避損失6000萬元，清晨依內線交易罪諭令小Ｓ老公許雅鈞200萬、小S公公許慶祥300萬、徐洵平500萬、徐妻姜麗芬200萬、基因財務長黃筱玲20萬元交保，均限制出境。

檢調查出，今年5月胖達人由盈轉虧，6月初徐洵平夫婦得知後，與許慶祥、許雅鈞父子共謀在利空消息曝光前，事先大量拋售持股，規避虧損共約6000萬元。

許慶祥父子昨應訊時否認知悉公司虧損，辯稱見股價下跌才趕緊脫手；徐洵平夫婦原本也否認犯行，但最後被檢調人員突破心防才認罪，且願繳回3000多萬元不法所得。訊後5名被告都被檢察官諭令交保並限制出境。
