| 投信股票基金好強！今年以來八成正報酬

金融海嘯後，債券基金買氣明顯優於股票基金，但隨量化寬鬆（QE）將逐步退場，資金風險胃納重新啟動（Re-Risking）下，今年「股優於債」趨勢鮮明，統計國內投信687檔股票基金中，今年以來正報酬比率高達82.69%，對比債券基金則不到三成，且股票基金平均報酬率達9.14%。
觀察今年投信基金的績效十強，漲幅均逾30%，漲勢驚人。摩根投信建議，在全球景氣回升、利率正常化的環境下，投資人宜適度提高股票部位比重。
摩根投信產品投資部副總劉玲君表示，成熟市場今年景氣回升趨勢明顯，全球經濟具改善契機，國際資金已領先趨勢加碼股票。根據美國投資公司協會（ICI）資料顯示，今年來股票基金資金淨流入3,120億美元，已超越債券基金的1,620億美元，為2008年以來首見。

晒太陽到底對健康好不好？報紙上的訊息似乎莫衷一是，各種解答也模稜兩可……
古埃及人崇拜太陽神「拉」（Ra），我們則近乎宗教狂熱地歌頌太陽百變的外觀。還有什麼比一早起來拉開窗簾、讓一團氫氣大火球照照更振奮人心呢？
不過，陽光不只影響你的精神，更影響你的身體：晒太多太陽會得皮膚癌，晒太少又對骨頭不好。所以做日光浴時，千萬記得適可而止。我們有成堆理由崇拜太陽，但也有眾多理由要避著它。
該晒太陽的四大理由
1. 得軟骨病機會較小
晒半小時太陽所獲得的維生素D，比6湯匙魚肝油或200顆蛋還來得多。即使一星期只晒幾分鐘太陽，都足以讓你免受軟骨病之苦。軟骨病是一種維生素D缺乏症，會使人骨骼軟化、疼痛。英國醫學期刊報導英國近來軟骨病病例增加，並將此歸咎於孩子老是待在房裡打電動，但實際原因可能更為複雜。由於膚色深的人更容易得軟骨病，所以軟骨病病例增加，可能也跟不同文化的人越來越常通婚有關。
2. 心情更愉快
陽光和血清素有關，血清素會影響心情，更與焦慮症息息相關。奧地利維也納醫學大學的研究者曾讓受試者暴露於不同程度的陽光下，再掃描他們的腦部，結果發現：晒較少太陽的受試者，血清素和受體結合少了兩到三成。驗屍結果也發現，人在冬天血清素較低，跟冬眠的松鼠一樣。不過心情低落可能也跟維生素D有關。一份2013年的研究指出，維生素D濃度太低的士兵較有可能自殺。
3. 有益心臟健康
陽光裡的紫外線B有助人體產生維生素D，紫外線A則能降低血壓。蘇格蘭愛丁堡大學的研究者最近宣布：坐在UVA燈下，能讓皮膚裡釋放一氧化氮，而一氧化氮能讓血管舒張。研究顯示這能使血壓下降30到50分鐘。雖然這短暫的變化無法讓人不因心臟病而死，但這仍使科學家不禁思考：就長期來看，或許陽光中的紫外線A對心臟健康是有幫助的。
4. 減少過敏
你吃花生會過敏嗎？如果會的話， 也許是你住的地方陽光太少。澳洲南部陽光較少，北部則比南部近赤道4800公里，調查顯示：澳洲南部的兒童較易對花生、雞蛋過敏，得溼疹的比例更近乎兩倍。有鑑於此，英國半島醫學及牙醫學院（Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry）的研究者現在想要釐清：這是跟維生素D有關係，還是跟其他因素（比如氣候）有關？

知名導演張作驥5月份遭一名女編劇指控性侵，台北地院今天首度審理此案，張作驥現身地院，面對媒體的詢問，只以一句「時間不太夠」，低調快閃。
張作驥被林姓女編劇指控，今年5月在一場聚會時，與多名好友餐敘聊天，之後一行人到他的住處兼工作室聊天續攤。友人陸續離去，林女則因酒醉，留在張作驥家中休息。但張作驥趁機強脫她衣褲性侵得逞，導致她身心受創且不甘受辱，憤而向警方報案。
經過檢方調查後，雖然張作驥還是抱持否認態度，意識不清，不記得發生什麼事，且背部有傷，但被害人的內褲及下體檢體經鑑定與張作驥的DNA相符，還提供以手機錄影的影片，證明張作驥並非無意識，將依強制性交罪起訴張作驥。
張作驥事後發出聲明，表示檢方只採片面證據，未調查對他有利證據就起訴，深表遺憾，希望法院審理後可還他清白。他對此事造成媒體關注，導致社會資源浪費，表達歉意。

【劉志原╱台北報導】藝人小Ｓ代言的維娜斯塑身衣公司指控，名模隋棠代言的瑪麗蓮塑身衣公司，盜用「推推指」商標，瑪麗蓮負責人呂志強日前遭依違反《商標法》起訴，維娜斯認為對方已造成公司2.6億元損失，今查封瑪麗蓮集團60餘台縫紉機，日前已查封瑪麗蓮集團存款及公司財產2億餘元，預計日後求償3億元以上。
維娜斯委任律師賴呈瑞說，已先繳交1億餘元擔保金給法院，凍住對方財產，日後會再提起民事訴訟向瑪麗蓮求償；維娜斯與瑪麗蓮的商戰除商標案件外，維娜斯也被控利用行銷公司，找寫手上網張貼對瑪麗蓮的負面評價，維娜斯負責人葉怡伶也被依加重誹謗罪嫌起訴。
