【蘇聖怡／台北報導】陪審團推動聯盟、中華國家法治改造促進會、台灣和平草根聯盟等公民團體今舉行記者會，呼籲「廢除特偵組！不要東廠，回歸地檢署！」律師鄭文龍說，廢除特偵組連署已有近50個公民團體連署，並持續增加中，他指出，特偵組就像混亂國家體制的違章建築，造成國家動盪，為國庫著想，也不應再養一群動盪國家的人。

律師黃帝穎表示，德國因納粹教訓，修法讓司法體系不得設置非常法院；美國因曾有獨立檢察官涉入政爭，因此獨立檢察官走入歷史；南韓今年也廢除中央搜查部，黃帝穎說，權利需要監督制衡，許多民主國家的特別偵查組織都因成為政治工具而遭廢除。

台灣和平草根聯盟理事何宗勳表示，下週將展開國會連署活動，歡迎朝野黨團支持廢除特偵組的連署，也呼籲國民黨立委能夠個別參加連署。

【林奐成╱綜合報導】秘魯南部一輛巴士，昨行經安地斯山脈一處偏遠道路時，不慎衝出路面跌落山谷，造成至少19人喪生，包括兩名孩童，另有18人受傷。

美聯社報導，當地警方稱事發在周日凌晨4點半左右，現場距離首都利馬東南方246公里，當局目前正調查意外原因。

當地政府數據顯示，從2008年9月到去年12月，總共有5435人在交通意外中死亡。多數是因為司機魯莽駕駛、超速或酒後駕駛。

好讀圖文網誌：http://nerdkid.pixnet.net/blog/post/39517793 餐廳名稱：VVG Thinking 好樣思維 消費時間：2013年/9月 地址：台北市中正區八德路一段1號 電話：02-2322 5573 營業時間：12:00~21:00 每人平均價位：400元以上 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：白松露干貝燉飯 久聞好樣集團的盛名， 尤其是VVG Something好樣本事──台灣獲選全球二十大書店之一的名店， 一直很想找個機會去朝聖一下全台最美書店， 沒想到我的第一間好樣卻是VVG Thinking 好樣思維； 果然在我心中食物還是比書更重要。 這天在沒有做功課的情況下，我們來到VVG Thinking門口， 正探頭探腦想研究一下菜單時，馬上被裡頭別出心裁的裝潢設計給吸引了， 二話不說，馬上走了進去。 過去餐廳的建築曾經是樟腦工廠， 但在好樣團隊的精心打造下，廠房的影子不復見， 取而代之的是華麗的「古」感。 地上拼貼式的花磚尤其吸引我， 歐式仿古地磚搭上牆面上未加粉飾的紅磚，再加上木櫃及藤蔓類的植栽， 整個餐廳有股歐式古堡的華麗，卻又不至於過於刻意的矯情。 用餐區擺了一張老舊的大圓桌，藍色斑駁的烤漆像在訴說她的一生， 一旁看起來隨時可能歪斜的座椅，圍著圓桌一同道盡年華不在的無奈。 午間套餐的部分有三種選擇： 三款菜色/880元 四款菜色/1280元 五款菜色/1480元 想讓CP值達到最高的點法，我想應該是點三款菜色(其中兩款選主菜)， 我們則是選了一份沙拉、一份湯、一份主菜 湯和沙拉口味上只算的上普通，而且份量有點少， 事後相當後悔沒直接點兩款主菜。 《辣味西班牙肉丸湯》/套餐之一 這算是口感相當溫和的一道湯品， 雖說是辣味，但絲毫沒有辛辣的刺激感， 也因為沒甚麼特別的味道，讓人對它沒甚麼記憶點， 肉丸的部分算是緊實與鬆散的中間值， 沒有貢丸的Q彈，但也不會像紅燒獅子頭那麼鬆軟， 總之，雖然不是挺特別，但也不失為一道簡單開胃的湯品。 《費達起司與胡桃沙拉》/套餐之二 些許新鮮生菜，淋上香檳油醋醬， 佐以胡桃與費達起司增加口感，相當清爽的一道沙拉， 費達起司的味道偏酸，如果不喜歡Cheese有酸味的朋友可能要考慮一下。 《漁夫之夢白酒海鮮皇》/套餐之三 「漁夫之夢白酒海鮮皇」聽起來相當厲害， 但上菜時還是有小小的失落感，份量上和我們想像中的「皇」有些差距。 撇開份量的不足，無論是麵條還是海鮮都相當到位， 食材的部分有淡菜、蝦、蛤蠣、和類似小海瓜子的蚌類，美味不在話下。 這兒的麵條屬於道地義大利麵的口感，吃第一口會說「沒熟」的那種， 但相較於大多配合台灣人口味而煮的較軟爛的義大利麵， 我們都比較喜歡這種稍微有點硬度的麵條， 麵在吸過湯汁以後還會再變軟一些， 如果一開始就煮的很軟，吃到最後會覺得有點黏稠，糊糊的， 反而失去義大利麵的口感。 除了午間套餐的三款菜色外， 我們還單點了一份沙拉和一份燉飯， 也許是因為單點價位比較高，份量比較正常， 下次再來的話我們應該會選擇都單點。 《千層泰式鮮蝦葡萄柚沙拉和寬粉絲》單點/價錢忘記啦~ 這絕對是視覺效果滿分、讓人充滿驚喜的一道菜， 最下層以玉米粒作為基底、將香菜、葡萄柚、鮮蝦、寬粉絲、辣椒切絲、九層塔層層堆疊 紅、澄、黃、綠全納入那小小的玻璃瓶中，不禁讓人驚嘆主廚的創意， 泰式酸酸甜甜的sauce相當清爽，從來不知道原來泰式醬汁和葡萄柚這麼搭! 《白松露干貝燉飯》單點/NT420元 燉飯一上桌就可以聞道白松露的香氣， 我個人本來是不喜歡吃飯的， 但這燉飯實在是太~美~味~了! 白色奶油基底的燉飯通常會有太膩的問題， 但這白松露干貝燉飯完全不會讓人有膩的時候， 只想一匙接著一匙送進嘴裡， 白松露的香氣綜合了奶油的濃郁， 起司刨片適時的在嘴中加入鹹甜的味道， 未透的米心讓每一口燉飯可以停留在嘴裡久一些， 然後透過咀嚼，米的香氣和其他食材同時在嘴裡融為一體， 肥美的干貝更是恰如其分的為這道燉飯加分。 整體來說，今天單點的兩道菜都相當令人滿意! 吃飽後，還可以到二樓逛一逛， 雖然尚未拜訪過好樣本事，但據說好樣思維二樓正是好樣本事的放大延伸版； 這兒的小東西美一樣都有特色的不像話，每一個擺設都是那樣的別出心裁， 只可惜價位對我這小上班族來講實在有點不可愛， 還是看看、體會一下人家的創意就好。 ================================================================== 如果你追求的是CP值，也許VVG Thinking不太符合你的需求， 每道餐點價格都沒有很親民， 但如果你想要感受一下藝術家的生活美學， 不妨到華山文創園區來走一走，順道到VVG Thinking， 享用美食，享受一下新舊交織、美好的氛圍。 -- KaRen the nerd http://nerdkid.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.20.242.143

網通晶片廠瑞昱半導體第3季業績亮麗，合併營收新台幣71.76億元，創歷史新高紀錄。

瑞昱第3季在電視控制晶片出貨暢旺帶動下，業績逐月攀高；其中9月合併營收25.4億元，月增8.38%，為歷史次高水準。

瑞昱整體第3季合併營收71.76億元，較第2季再成長3.17%，續創單季合併營收歷史新高紀錄。

展望未來，隨著時序步入傳統營運淡季，瑞昱第4季業績可能較第3季滑落；不過，瑞昱副總經理陳進興於第3季法人說明會中曾預期，第4季業績下滑幅度應不會太大，今年4個季度業績將平穩表現。
