很多人都聽說過一個減肥忠告，那就是餓的時候不應該去逛超市：否則你更有可能購買讓人發胖的、不健康的食物。所以應該盡量避免。

兩位康奈爾大學(Cornell University)的研究人員最近設計了一項實驗，用來測試這種說法。這項發表在《美國醫學會雜誌·內科》(JAMA Internal Medicine)的研究分成了兩個階段進行。

在第一個階段，研究者分別在兩天，將68名男性和女性參試者帶進一間試驗室，在此前，這些參試者都被要求禁食五小時。隨後，他們可以在一個模擬的店裡「購買」食物，店裡既提供了像水果、蔬菜和雞胸這類低熱量的食品，也有熱量較高的垃圾食品。

在購物前，半數參試者吃了一塊點心。兩組最終購買的食物件數接近，但餓著肚子購物的人選擇的食品熱量最高。在第二個階段，研究人員在店裡追蹤了82位真實的顧客。他們再次發現，那些飢餓時購物的人往往更容易購買高熱量食物。心血管科醫生麗塔·F·雷德伯格(Rita F. Redberg)在論文後的編者按中表示，研究為常識性的建議提供了科學支援。

「我思考過各種減肥指南，包括『餓肚子時不要去逛超市這條，」她寫道：「而在我成為媽媽後，我又加了條『永遠也不要帶小寶寶去逛超市』——因為這兩個因素看來都不會讓你在挑選食物時更加明智。」(來源)

【高佳菁／台北報導】台股連3日量縮守穩於5日線上，期間雖有回測8300點關卡，但均能化險為夷，在型態偏多以及短線區勢未變下，研判後勢挑戰今年高點8439機率仍大，惟美股何時轉強以及量能是否放大仍多方是關鍵。
