【大紀元2013年10月10日訊】 （大紀元記者唐風溫哥華報導）列治文皇家騎警目前正在調查一宗槍擊案。星期一晚上9點多，在2號路夾Westminster高速公路附近的Steve Nash健美中心內，突然發生槍擊事件。
　　
健美中心位於6351 Westminster Highway，案發時保安聽到多聲槍響，立即向警方報警。警察9點51分趕到現場，發現牆外面有至少5、6個彈孔。警方詢問了保安，現場並沒有發現受害者，目前也不清楚，該中心是否是槍擊案的目標。
　　
警方表示，此地域較偏僻，當晚只有健美中心開放，他們希望從攝像頭拍攝的錄音中，找到嫌犯的線索。同時，警方也呼籲民眾協助，提供案件信息或舉報可疑嫌犯。 ◇

　　今年在印尼峇里島舉行的APEC年度領袖高峰會，十月七日在前副總統蕭萬長的巧妙安排下，陸委會主委王郁琦和大陸國台辦主任張志軍見面，雙方在問候中，首次以官銜互稱，為兩岸交流互動寫下新頁。
    媒體及馬政府的態度，皆是將王張互稱官銜定義為兩岸「互不承認主權、互不否認治權」的最佳體現，也象徵彼此在「九二共識」基礎上的良性交往獲得認同。
    但是，我們從中國大陸官媒（新華網、人民網等）的報導中，仍未有互稱官銜的文字出現，依然將王郁琦稱呼為台灣當局主管大陸事務的負責人，意味著中國大陸官方在這件事情上顯得矛盾與謹慎。
　　若是北京當局正式稱呼官銜後，必須慎重考量到未來如何因應台灣領導人馬英九的「總統」官銜？中國大陸會有如此謹慎的兩面手法，原因是：一方面為內部有所交代，另一方面是必須審慎思考將來所會引發的政治效應。
　　因此，APEC會中的突破，雖然對兩岸關係發展有著象徵性意義，卻無法完全樂觀認為兩岸關係已突破當前的政治困局，無論是中國大陸的內部因素，甚至在後馬政府時期，相關重要法案能否順利在立院過關，此外，未來若處理深水區議題上，是否能讓台灣人民安心，都勢必牽動兩岸關係敏感神經。
