【吳國仲／台北報導】今天清晨6時許，公投護台灣聯盟成員突然衝進立法院，並且爬上立法院的頂樓，拆下原本懸掛的國旗，將公投護台灣的旗幟、反核旗幟與大埔抗議旗幟串在一起升上去，並高唱歌曲。1度還與立法院的警方發生衝突。

2013亞太傳統藝術節上演精采節目的同時，一群來自相關族裔的藝師也同步在國立傳統藝術中心的傳習所，進行「經緯織間－鞋藝精工示範」，當大鞋小鞋同在藝起，經緯交織間，各展精妙絕藝，令人驚歎。
傳藝中心主任方芷絮表示，這一屆亞太傳統藝術節期間，傳藝中心不僅有多達40場次的音樂舞蹈演出，在工藝展示部份，特以看似主體相同卻左右各異的「鞋藝」為主題，策動「經緯織間‧鞋藝精工示範」，貼切傳達一個藝術母體的雙重衍生，與多國表演藝術的跨境交相輝映。
國內外各方傳統製鞋藝師因為亞太藝術節而齊聚一堂，包括韓國無形資財繡花鞋藝國寶黃海逢、國內傳統繡花鞋藝師楊雲峰、白米社區木屐造型與電燒藝師，以及蒙古、越南等多位傑出藝術家，以不同的形制、表現手法，共同體現在經緯織間的設計巧思，也進一步透過臺灣鞋藝與亞太地區重要傳統鞋藝工藝師共同競藝、雙向對話，提供另一種文化的反思與交流。
主辦單位表示，第二梯次的工藝示範藝師，特別邀請來自越南的傳統木屐藝師－Ha Trong Nghia，以木屐的工藝演變述說殖民過程的種種時光，將與宜蘭在地白米社區木屐館的藝師們聯合展示、交流，在異同之間，流轉歲月色澤。而宜蘭在地的繡花鞋藝師－楊雲峰，承繼父業，不畏旁人以男性持針繡花的異樣眼光，精細摸索繡花之道，同時無懼市場的洪流吞噬，依舊堅持手工，不論繡花鞋、戲鞋、神明鞋等，在他一雙巧手的創思下，都能活靈活現，也象徵蘭陽繡花的堅毅性格與錦繡人生。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國白宮表示，總統歐巴馬將提名聯邦準備理事會副主席葉倫(Janet Yellen)，接替現任聯準會主席伯南克，出任下屆的主席一職。
伯南克的任期於明年1月屆滿，葉倫上任後，也將會是美國史上首位女性掌管聯準會。

我的肌膚算油性的 會長痘和粉刺 有凹疤 上妝後沒多久就出油了 可是化妝時有些部位又會馬上脫皮 最近在GA的V型緊緻粉底液和嬌蘭超時完美在做掙扎 去櫃上試都看不出來 剛完妝每瓶都很好 但等我出油一整天下來才知道一瓶粉底液適不適合我 最怕出油後卡毛孔 斑駁 不知道哪一瓶比較適合油肌使用 比較控油持久的 有遮瑕力 或是還有其他更好的推薦呢 已經不考慮雅詩蘭黛和蘭寇了 都用過了 謝謝大家哦 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.133.172
