【大紀元2013年10月08日訊】(大紀元記者周恆英國報導)近日，愛丁堡市中心的聖安德魯廣場（St Andrew Square）上的一個玻璃纖維鱷魚雕像被人盜走。警方正在調查這個雕像是如何被盜走的。

警方估計，這個雕像是在上週四（10月3日）下午2點至週五早晨8點之間被人偷走的。小偷把鱷魚雕像裡面的沙子倒出來，然後從廣場花園的西門搬出來，搬到George Street。

這個鱷魚雕像的主人是蘇格蘭國家圖書館，在廣場上展出是為了給圖書館內正在舉辦的紀念非洲探險家利文斯通（David Livingstone）的展覽做宣傳。

鱷魚雕像的大小與真的鱷魚一樣，被圖書館的工作人員暱稱是「戴維」。圖書館的負責人表示：「戴維自從三個星期前被搬到花園以來，一直很吸引人。我們懷疑它可能是被人搞惡作劇，拿走了，我們呼籲它的平安歸來。」

警方正在尋找目擊者，並且表示，裝有沙子的雕像重達180公斤，儘管小偷已經把沙子倒出來，但是搬動這個12英尺長（約3.66米）的雕像仍然需要至少兩個人，「鱷魚」被盜的時候，聖安德魯公園沒有對公眾開放。

公民1985行動聯盟今天在立法院旁濟南路舉辦「十月十日，天下為公」抗議活動。警方估計，活動最高潮時現場約1萬人。

以學生為主的黑色島國青年陣線和公民1985行動聯盟等多個公民團體今天在國慶典禮旁舉行抗議活動。

清晨6時，在景福門前抗議的黑色島國青年聯盟，因警方要取締抗議車輛位置，與群眾爆發推擠，過程中，駕駛意圖把車往總統府方向前進，但被警力擋住並扯下車鑰匙。

在立法院周邊抗議的還有908台灣國總統與反核的環保團體，有抗議人士趁警力空檔，把立院國旗拆下，也一度與警方爆發拉扯。

資深藝人郝曼麗上午9時30分許，帶著國旗在景福門附近高喊「我挺中華民國」、「我挺台灣」，遭到群眾嗆聲；一名年近八旬的老婦人在場表態支持總統馬英九，群眾要她趕快離開，情勢一度緊張。

台北市警察局表示，從國慶典禮結束後，從下午1時起針對周邊道路進行撤交通管制，而出動2907名維安警力，人員也陸續歸建駐地。

警方說，公民1985行動聯盟陳抗活動至下午1時結束，聲援民眾轉赴自由廣場，活動旁維安警員同樣回歸各分局，初估在上午10時30分時，聲援人數最多，達到1萬人，人潮占滿濟南路其中一小段。

至於抗議團體聚集自由廣場，警方表示，將視狀況派員前往維安。

【動新聞／綜合報導】淫魔富少李宗瑞上月被判刑22年4個月，其中1名被害女子因性愛片在網路瘋傳，遭到未婚夫退婚、討回訂婚鑽戒。女子不甘人生被李宗瑞給毀了，憤而向法院提告李強制性交、偷拍。沒想到法官檢視性愛光碟後，認為影片中李曾問：「喜不喜歡？」被害女子先答「NO」又答「喜歡」，法官因而認定她未被性侵。

這名被害女子向法官說，她前年七月在夜店與李宗瑞喝酒，接下來發生的事情她都不記得，醒來時已天亮，李還睡在她身旁，自己雖還穿著裙子，但上衣卻被褪到腰部。女子當天在日記寫「他拉我去他家轟趴，我居然失憶，也不記得怎麼回家，還花五百元計程車錢，氣死人」；隔日她又寫「我睡到下午五點，Justin（李宗瑞）發簡訊來，說他拍了影片，天啊！我完全沒印象」、女子又找李宗瑞理論，看李當場刪除手機中的性愛影片，被害人以為從此事過境遷，豈料去年八月，性愛影片在網路上瘋傳，三個月後，被害女子的未婚夫也看到性愛影片，憤而要求退婚並討回訂婚鑽戒。
