針對馬總統國慶談話，民進黨發言人王閔生說，人民關切的不是總統怎麼說，而是總統如何解決自己製造的憲政危機，是不是為毀憲行為負責。馬總統第6次發表國慶談話，過去他說的，幾乎都沒有實現，；今天他說的還有誰會相信？

對於馬總統重申兩岸不是國與國關係、兩岸同屬中華民族等說法，王閔生說，若馬總統兩岸政策一切作為，只是為馬習會與歷史定位創造條件，或遂行一中目標，把自己的意識形態和利益，凌駕於台灣整體利益之上，民進黨絕對不會接受，一定抗爭到底。

在經濟方面，王閔生說，馬英九對經濟總是談得多、做得少，甚至經常扮演阻礙經濟發展的亂源，包括通過四不像版本的證所稅、油電雙漲等，錯誤的經貿戰略加速本國市場與就業空洞化，並導致外國來台投資銳減等，這些都是馬團隊搞慘台灣經濟、徒增人民痛苦的具體例子。

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】彰化縣102年國慶大會暨第3屆「鑼鼓喧天」鼓號樂隊比賽，今天在縣立體育場舉行，雙十節出生的桌球國手蘇巨超、蘇巨湧從心型汽球走出來，並與彰化縣長卓伯源與等人一起切開6層大蛋糕。

各 學校鼓號樂隊絞盡腦汁「耍花樣」，希望獲得評審青睞。田尾國中在臉上彩繪藍白紅三色，代表青天白日滿地紅，崇實高工則製作大蛋糕，並請出迪士尼卡通人物米 奇、米妮、唐老鴨、維尼熊等，彰化女中以平均170公分、高挑的掌旗手吸引大家目光，還有康康舞表演，觀賽的各校學生加油、尖叫聲不斷。

比賽結果，國中組冠、亞、季均分別為花壇、彰泰、田尾；花壇國中鼓號樂隊制服還是向台中市的西苑高中借的，穿起來不太合身。高中組最受注目的彰化女中，只拿到第三名，冠、亞軍分別為彰化高商、崇實高工。

【曾伯愷／新北報導】新北市三重區1名28歲林姓女子，今天上午9時許，疑因酒後與男友發生爭吵，竟負氣從6樓租處一躍而下，當場墜落1樓防火巷，造成林女右大腿骨折、骨盆碎裂出血、意識迷糊，經送往北市新光醫院急救。
 
林女男友向警方表示，林女喝酒後大吵大鬧，隨即往側邊窗戶跳下樓，警方也在現場查看有無外力介入，以釐清女子確切墜樓原因。

馬英九總統昨天說，兩岸人民同屬中華民國，兩岸關係不是國際關係。民進黨立委劉建國質疑，兩岸關係不是馬說了算，兩岸關係就是國與國關係，絕對是國際關係。尤其台灣過去參與各世界組織時長期被打壓，馬總統談話將使世界看待台灣時，更模稜兩可。

民進黨立委楊曜說，中華民國總統在國慶典禮上發表這樣的言論，是在對中國大陸拋媚眼，這對台灣以中華民國名義進入世界組織或拓展外交，都是很大的絆腳石。馬若無法認同台灣是主權獨立國家，就應該下台。
