中央氣象局觀測，今天凌晨2時百合轉為中颱，關島附近熱帶性低氣壓也增強為輕度颱風薇帕。氣象局說，兩颱對台灣都無威脅。

根據氣象局颱風消息，百合清晨5時位置距離鵝鑾鼻東南方890公里，以每小時18公里速度，朝西北西行進。

而薇帕颱風清晨5時位置距離鵝鑾鼻東南東方2530公里，以每小時18轉15公里速度，朝西北轉西北西行進。

氣象局預估，百合未來會往菲律賓陸地移動，直接侵襲台灣的機率不高，但間接會增加迎風面的水氣；薇帕距離台灣很遠，研判未來會北轉，對台灣也無影響。

【胡治言／綜合報導】「好神拖」全球熱銷超過1億組，生產該拖把的「帝凱國際公司」卻遭發明人控訴，董事長林長儀涉嫌以獨資開設的公司代收「帝凱」營收，掏空公司。

今天出刊的《時報周刊》報導，好神拖的發明人丁明哲控訴，帝凱公司成立以來，營業收入完全沒有進入公司，授權合作廠商的授權金分文未取，向偽造仿冒專利公司求取的賠償金也一毛未拿，這些年的進帳完全不知流到何方，導致公司虧損。

林長儀在接受時周記者詢問時表示，這些指控完全不是事實，並強調公司所有營收都有紀錄可查，並認為丁明哲不懂帳務，所有提出的指控，完全是憑自己想像及猜測。目前全案已經進入司法程序，由桃園地檢署指揮調查局偵辦。
